One Chicago: Health First Part 4

Chapter 1274

Back at the hotel with Matt & Gabby:
Matt's POV: After me and Gabby finished up in the bath, I smiled as we laid down in bed together. Gabby decided not to wear her bra and was now just wearing her underwear and my shirt while wrapping her arms around my torso. Moving my hand to hers, I then moved to rub her arm while kissing her forehead softly. "Are you even concentrating on the movie we are watching?" We were currently in the middle of watching Pitch Perfect 3 on the hotel's On Demand channel. I just (secretly) hoped that it didn't cost extra to watch movies on there.

That's when Gabby looked up at me and nodded. "Yeah, I am. Just also enjoying this quiet time we have. We are here to relax together after all." I nodded and smiled when she said that before moving my arm around her back. I then decided to move my hand to hers and rub it while kissing her forehead. "Yes, we are. And right now this is very relaxing. Nothing but the sound of some nice songs I actually don't find too annoying but also holding you in my arms." Gabby smiled when I said that and nodded. "However, I can't help but wonder what Matteo is doing right now. What he and Christie are doing."

I nodded and understood but then went to whisper to her. "Right now, he's hoping that his mom is somewhere with his dad, relaxing and taking time for herself. He knows that she is having trouble with some stuff and that she needs rest right now, not stress." Gabby then laughed when I said that before nodding. "At least, that's what you hope he thinks. He may be our son but, he's not that advanced yet in his intelligence." I smiled and agreed with her when I went to kiss her forehead again. That's when I heard my phone ring.

I then groaned when I heard it before deciding to ignore it. "I am just going to ignore it. I am here with you okay? I am not going to take any phone calls. However, if it rings again...I am going to at least check whether it's Christie." Gabby smiled and agreed with me before leaning up to kiss me softly. "You don't have to explain to me what you are doing to do. Just do whatever you think is right for the situation. However, I also want you to check whether the pool is open. Sure, we took a bath but...there is nothing like a swim in the hotel pool."

I then sighed and shook my head. "I already asked when I made the reservation. Everything that involves fitness is closed. The pool, the fitness center...everything. And believe me, as much as I would love to take a swim with you...I am not interested in going into the lake to swim. And remember, we already took a bath. So right now Gabby, we are okay with doing this right?" Gabby nodded and agreed before smiling at me. "You always know the right thing to say."

I sighed when she said that. "I wish that were the case. I mean Gabby, you do know that I am trying to figure out ways to calm you down more right? I want to be a solution and someone who helps you get through your OCD rather than say things that just cause you to have more OCD." Gabby then moved to sit up and looked down at me. "Matt, stop doing that to yourself okay? Of course you are a solution. You are my husband and your support means everything to me."

I smiled when she said that before reaching out for her. Gabby then came to lay down on my chest again. Putting her hand on my chest as she kissed me, I smiled as I wrapped my arm around her and grabbed her neck to keep her close. "Want to lay down on my chest properly?" Gabby then shook her head. "No, I would rather you roll over and lean over me." I then nodded and then went to flip us over. Looking down at her as she laid down underneath me, I smiled as I put my hand next to her before feeling her hand on my arm.

Staring into her eyes, I then moved to kiss her softly while moving to kiss her neck a bit to tease her. Gabby loved it when I did that and then moaned as she grabbed the back of my head. "Oh Matt, you don't know how good that feels. It's so relaxing when I get you to give me pleasure." I then laughed when she said that before turning my head. "Good, because that is my job in life and plan on doing it for years to come. Just hope both of our kids will co-operate on those nights." Gabby laughed when I said that.

"Tell me the truth. A year ago, would you have ever thought that a year later...you would be a dad and already expecting your second child?" I shook my head. "No, because I was still struggling to find the one to have kids with. Maybe the reason was because the only person I could ever see myself raising a family with was not in Chicago but in Puerto Rico." Gabby nodded and agreed with me before going to kiss me softly. I then decided to roll over and laid down on my back, grabbing her hand before intertwining our fingers.

That's when I started to hear a lot of moaning from the next room. I then groaned when I heard that. "Okay, please tell me that we don't do it that loud." Gabby then turned her head and shook it. "No, we never do it that loud. Should we go talk to them?" I then bit my lip and nodded. "I would rather not have to hear that." Gabby then went to kiss my shoulder and smiled. "Go talk to them for me?" I then nodded and agreed as I went to get up so that I could talk to our neighbors. However, I never expected it to be somebody I knew.
