Chapter 1283

Gabby's POV: After rushing home, I got worried when I saw my dad's car there. "Just great, he's here. What are we going to do?" Matt then turned to look at me. "I know what I'm going to do. I'm going to punch him out!" I then went to grab him. "Matt..." Matt just stared at me. "Gabby, he hurt you and me. He never wanted him as a grandson. And we told him that you would have to be comfortable in your relationship with your dad before he got to meet Matteo." I nodded and agreed with Matt. "You're right Matt."

Matt then looked at me. "Gabby, if you find this too stressful...then just stay back a bit because I am going to punch him and yell." I then shook my head. "NO, I am going to yell at him in Spanish. I'll just relax in bed with you after." Matt agreed and nodded before getting out of the van. He then went to make his way inside so that he could get my dad out of the house. Meanwhile, I followed him quickly so that I could see what happened while my dad and husband fought each other. Let's hope Matt didn't hurt him.

Matt's POV: After rushing to the front door, I walked into see Ramon sitting on the couch, speaking Spanish with Matteo. I just glared at him and went to grab Matteo form him. "What the hell do you think you are doing?" Ramon then looked up at me when he heard me. "I was coming to visit my g...." I yelled at him. "The grandson you never wanted! The grandson you blamed for almost killing your daughter! The grandson that led you to make my wife pass out on the ground of a parking lot! You think you can be here?"

That's when I felt Gabby walk in and rub my back. "Matt, let me take him." Ramon then looked at her as he got up. "Gabby, Matt's being irrational. I'm just trying to get to know...." Gabby then went to slap her dad. "You do not get to be near my son or my husband when you tried to kill him! Tried to kill me! You really think I forgot that you are the one that torched our last place? Dad, you have no right to even call him your grandson. In fact, you are going to jail for just being here. I have a restraining order against you!"

Looking at my sister, I went to give Matteo to her. "Go to my bedroom with him. Stay there until he's gone. However, don't you date think for a second that I am not pissed at you too. So, just keep him calm. When this guy's gone...I am yelling at you and you are going to take it!" Christie then nodded and bit her lip as she walked away to our bedroom to relax with Matteo. I then watched the door close before walking over to Gabby and wrapping my arm around her.

"Gabby, how are you letting him be so controlling? I mean...." I just stared at him. "You call me controlling? You are controlling Ramon! You have literally been controlling my relationship for years. First when you moved in with us and didn't realized that you overstayed your visit. Now, when Gabby decided to have a kid with me because she loves me...you shame her for having a child. And lastly, you threatened to kill me...your own son-in-law! What happened to me being part of the family? What happened to familia first? Am I not family in your eyes?"

Ramon then turned to look at me. "Matt, of course I see you as my son." I then looked at her. "Then why haven't you respected me as your son? I asked you to stay away from me and Gabby. You hurt her. You made her fall onto the ground of the Target parking lot. Do you not remember that sight? The sight of my wife on the ground after being overwhelmed? Ramon, you caused that. That's why you went to jail!"

Ramon was about to say something when Antonio came in with other police officers. "Ramon Dawson, you are under arrest for breach of parole and trespassing. You have the right to remain silent and the right to counsel." Antonio then went to grab the handcuffs he brought and went to handcuff his father. "You are also under arrest for impersonating an officer. You really don't think that Matt and Gabby would tell me that you used my name to get to see your grandson?"

Ramon was shocked that Antonio was doing this again. "Antonio..." Antonio just shut him up and went to slap his face. "Stay away from our family. As far as I'm concerned...you are no longer our father. Is that understood? You have lost your right to be in Chicago. So, enjoy Statesville." Antonio when looked at me. "I got him guys. You guys just relax. I've already called Voight and I am going to be speaking to the parole board as to why we weren't alerted!"

I then watched as Antonio led Ramon out of our apartment when I realized something. "Actually, Gabby can you get my sister for a second and Antonio can you stay? I need to show my sister something quickly." Gabby then nodded and understood what I was doing. She then went to grab my bag before walking away to the bedroom. "What are you doing Matt?" I then just looked at him. "Just trust me." Antonio then nodded and waited for my sister to come out.
