Jay's POV: Once we finally made it to med, I sat down for a minute and took a deep breath. Grabbing my water, I then grabbed Erin's hand and drank a bit of water. Unfortunately, that got Lucky's senses up and she went to help me. "Lucky, relax. I am just out of breath. Lay down girl." Lucky then nodded and went to lay back down." Erin smiled and nodded. "You want me to say in here and I can watch her?" I nodded and agreed. "Please, it's unsafe yet for you to go in." Erin nodded and agreed. "Okay, be safe." I then went to grab my mask and got out.

Walking out of the truck, I made my way towards the entrance so that I could talk to both Ethan and (if he was in), my brother. That's when I saw Will at the front desk. He smiled when he saw me. "Hey, what you doing here?" I then went to hug him. "Investigation." He smiled and nodded. "Can I just ask quick? How's stuff going with your new service dog?" I smiled when he asked. "Really good. She's also a police dog and just helped me catch a perp. Asian hate crime. She should be here." He nodded and agreed. "Yeah, Dr. Choi's got him." I smiled when he said that.

"I actually need to talk to him since he is head of ED but I can tell you as well. I wanted to give you guys this document. It's an active case. People have set up a fake Vaccine Ring. We have no idea what the substances are in it. South Chicago area. So, we are assuming a majority of the victims are going to be minority populations." Will then grabbed it and went to check. "Sure, that sounds great. Want me to let you know if we get a diagnosis?" I then shook my head.

"I want to deal with Ethan about this. I need to stay in Natalie's good graces." That's when I saw Natalie walk over. "What's this about staying in my good graces?" I laughed when she waked over. "He offered to join a case. I said not happening. Need to stay in your good graces for later this year when I am going to want you guys to babysit on our anniversary." Will nodded and agreed. "I am positive that's going to be Hank's job before anybody." I agreed.

"Oh, by the way...I need you guys to come over so you can meet Lucky." Natalie was confused. "She already give birth? And when did you change the name?" I shook my head and smiled. "New dog. My service dog for emotional support. Also my new police dog. She's in the truck with Erin." Natalie agreed. "Of course. Now, this case private?" I sighed when I saw Ethan. "Ethan, how's the perp?" Dr. Choi then smiled. "Under arrest. He'll be fine. Heard you needed me."

I then nodded and went to grab the case file from Will. "I want to let you know about a new drug right that's going around in Chicago. Fake vaccines unknown substances. Not sure that's in them. Can you keep me apprised. They are set up in minority areas to scam them. They are charging ridiculous amounts." Ethan then grabbed it and nodded. "By the way, I heard about your dog. She for your PTSD?" I nodded and smiled. "She's a great help. Got bad after January 6th. That led me to need it. She's been a life saver." Dr. Choi then agreed with me.

"Dogs are man's best friend after all. Listen, we will keep a watch for this. We reporting it to you guys?" I nodded and agreed. "Thanks. And keep records. We need to figure out what's in this. If we can connect it to a drug gang...then we can easily get this done. Now, Antonio should be back in a bit and he's taking point since that's his division." Ethan nodded and agreed when Will looked at me. "How are they?" I then sighed. "Can't comment. Confidential. Ask yourself."

Will agreed and nodded. "I'll ask Gabby. They're on shift tomorrow." I was confused. "How did you know that?" Natalie smiled. "Because we know the schedule. 24 hours on, 48 hours off." I nodded and agreed. "I hate that schedule. But for me, it's like I'm always on. But listen, I need to get going. Is the McCormick Place Hospital still open?" Ethan then shook his head. "No, we closed it. So, everything comes here." I nodded and agreed. "Sure thing, just shortens my trip."

We all agreed and nodded. "Listen, I have to get back to work. See you guys and we need to get together sometime Will and Nat. I want to see my nephew now that we are vaccinated." Natalie nodded and agreed. "Say hi to Erin. Oh and remember, in a month we have our gender reveal party. We'll confirm the date soon." Will smiled. "I want a boy." I smiled when he said that. "Sure thing. Now, I need to get going." I then went to walk away, ready to get back to work.
