A month has gone by and abby and willow walked along the train tracks. Food had gone dry and they were sadly on the road again. Abby wore her sweatshirt under her cloak with fingerless gloves, a black beanie and her usually face covers. Her long hair sat in week old messy braids.
"You know." Willow says standing on the rail trying to balance. She wore a purple long sleeve shirt with a thick dark gray jacket, jeans, her cow boy, pink gloves, and ear muffs.
"I bet everyone is ok, and they're looking for us right now." She says holding her arms out to stay balance. Abby smiled and copied her and started to walk.
"I mean you didn't get your wedding with carl." Willow says with a small laugh. Abbys eyes widened and pushed willow slightly to push her balance off.
"Rude!" Willow says making abby laugh. She thought about her group everyday, hoping they could meet again.
"Come on let's get going." Abby says laughing and started to walk normally. Willow smiled and grabbed abbys hand as they walked. Willow skipped slightly making abby smile, maggie said she used to do that all the time when she was younger.
"I see a road up ahead, maybe there's some houses or something." Abby says pointing ahead.  Willow looked forward and saw the road.
"Well come on!" She says pulling abby to go faster.
"Oh my god alright!" Abby says catching up to willows speed.
A couple minutes later they stood at the road, it was a very small town. Abby looked around hoping to see something. Her eyes fell on a small gas station to their right. Abby nudged willows shoulder and pointing to the gas station.
"Let's go over there." She says pointing to it.
"Alright!" Willow says staring at the two walkers that linger outside of it.
"I'll handle the man, you get the women ok?" Abby says pulling out her knife.
"Yes!" Willow says excitedly as they start walking. She grabbed her hatchet and got ready.
Once they got there abby easily killed the man and turn to watch willow. Willow kicked the walkers leg making it come off and fall on the ground. She then swung her hatchet and hit the walker in the head. Abby smiled proudly, she had been trying to teach willow how to fight walkers.
"Good job!" Abby says walking over to her and rubbing her shoulder.
Willow smiled proudly and watched as abby banged on the gas station door. They stood there quietly only for one walker to slam against the door. Abby opened it slightly and stabbed it in the head.
"Alright let's go." Abby says pushing the door open and kicking the walker out the way.
"What do you miss most about the prison?" Willow asked as abby looked through the isles.
"Mine is probably the bathrooms, or my mom." Willow says as abby stops at the food isle.
There was only a couple cans she could see. She turned and looked at willow, she missed everything about the prison.
"I miss everything, I wish I could of seen my family one last time." Abby says as willow nods grabbing the cans.
"I miss maggie and beth too." Willow says as abby takes off her bag and unzips it.
Yes maggie and beth were her blood family but the whole group was her true family. Abby just smiled and put the cans in the bag.
"Ok, look around for anything else." Abby tells willow. She nods and walks off to look for stuff. Abby walked around hoping to find something else other than four cans.
