Chapter 64: New beginning

35 days later

     "Mom! Hurry up!" Willow yells as abby was packing up all their things.

Theo, willow and her were going to join the camp by the bridge. Mainly because everyone she was comfortable with were there. Abby didn't wanna be far from rick or her dad.

"Come on!" Willow yells running into the room. Abby was wearing dark boot cut jeans, one of carls t shirts, and her cowboy boots.

"Calm down! Grab all your stuff and pack it on you." Abby says grabbing the baby strap.

"Come here big boy!" She says grabbing theo. He just giggled as she strapped him to her chest. Willow had put all her stuff on and was waiting. Abby took a deep breath before grabbing their bags.

"Ok, carry these two and i'll get the rest." She says handing willow two. Willow gladly walks to the front door after grabbing them.

"Why are you so excited?" Abby ask her swinging her book bag over her shoulders.

"Well, sometimes I miss being out there. We had some good times before Alexandria." Willow says as abby walks to the door.

"I know it's crazy but, it just feels right." Abby just rubbed her shoulder.

"No, I understand. It'll be like old times, just. More fun." Willow smiled and hugged her slightly. She was getting so big.

"I thought you were gonna say something about henry." Abby says making willow smack her slightly.

"Hey!" She say's defensively.

Abby just chuckled before walking out the door. Gabriel informed them over the walkies that someone else was also coming with them. He said that they already had gone to camp but came back to get more supplies. She wasnt hundred percent sure who. Once they got to the gate abby dropped some bags.

"Ok, stay here I'm gonna go grab Edwin." Abby says pointing to the stables. Edwin was an black horse with white spots on him. Her and daryl found him a couple months ago. He was very rough but thankfully, she was able to tame him.

"No need!" An unfamiliar voice yells from her left. It was a tall, ginger man.

He was covered in freckles, had a small man bun with pieces sticking out. He had Edwin and another horse. The other horse was already packed with his supplies. Edwin also had a saddle and everything.

"I'm George! Gabriel told me you guys want to go camp!" He says walking closer.

"Abby, This is willow and theo." She says with a small smile.

"Daryls kid?" He asked stopping in front of her. He held out the Reins for edwin.

"Yup, that's me." She says grabbing it from him.

"I've heard lots, it's an honor." He says making her chuckle.

"I'm assuming you're from the kingdom." She says walking edwin to the bags.

"The king likes you a lot, plus a lot of the kids." He says grabbing her bags to help.

"I try to visit as much as I can, gotta teach them young." She says as he nods.
