Description: Two boys join the school in their senior year. Twin brothers, supposedly fraternal but no one has ever seen the second twin's face. You see, Evan and Eli came to the school shortly after it began, only a little late. Evan got lots of attention for his good looks, easy-going personality, and smarts. Eli got attention for being the opposite of his brother. He became a loner with no friends-- he always wore black and always wore a face mask. No one ever saw him without it. Sam is a very bubbly and happy person. He befriended Evan right away and became increasingly curious about Eli. He made it his mission to befriend him too. What happens when the boys find they have stronger feelings for each other than friendship? Better read to find out! (Around 3500 words.)

Sam's POV

"Alright, settle down class, we have two new students today."

I looked at the two boys standing beside Mrs. Levi and smiled a little. Anyone can make Mrs. Levi look small, she is only five feet tall after all. But standing next to two tall teenage boys who are over a foot taller than her is funny.

"What's up with the mask?" I looked back and saw it was Derek who asked that in a loud voice.

Makes sense. He can be an idiot.

"Don't shout, Mr. Thompson. Alright boys, introduce yourselves to the class."

"Hi, my name is Evan Jones, and this is my twin brother Eli. We're fraternal, not identical by the way. We just moved here from a small town two hours north of here and we look forward to getting to know you all."

I saw Eli roll his eyes as he glanced over at his brother.

They're both cute. Evan has dirty blonde hair with brown streaks, bright blue eyes, and a very contagious and wide smile. He's wearing light blue jeans with holes and a navy blue sweater over a white shirt. He seems to be around 6'2 along with Eli, and he has his hands clasped together respectfully in front of him. He has a cute dimple on his left cheek too. Eli is cute too even though I can't see much of his face. He's wearing black skinny jeans and a black hoodie with his hood on, he also has a black face mask on but I can see his eyes. Unlike his brother's they are dark and mysterious-- like the rest of him, it seems. Evan has tanner skin than Eli but their skin tones fit pretty perfectly with the rest of their features.

I kind of wish Eli spoke. Evan has a deep voice, and I wanted to hear Eli's.

Casey nudged my arm, "Are you seriously checking both of them out? For shame!"

I rolled my eyes at her, "No, I'm just looking at them."

She smirked, "Sure..."

Mrs. Levi spoke before I could argue with my friend, "Well, welcome to our high school. Please, take any empty seat you'd like."

They nodded and Evan came over and sat at the empty desk beside me. He gave me a small smile, which I returned, a little shyly I'll admit. He's cuter up close. Eli walked all the way to the back corner and sat at a desk back there. Hm. These twins seem to be very different from each other.

**

I snatched a fry off of Evan's plate, giggling as he made a face at me.

I saw Eli walking past us with his tray in his hand.

I smiled and waved at him, "Eli!"

He looked at me and walked over.

I smiled up at him, "You should eat lunch with us, we have room."

He glanced at everyone, the empty seats at the end of our table, then looked back at me, "No thanks."

Before I had a chance to ask him why he walked away.
