Taryn's POV:

The next day when Taryn woke from her sleep like state she began to unpack her bags and set her room up the way she wanted it. She placed her dresses in the wardrobe and the rest of her clothes in the dresser. She placed her journals, sketchbooks, books, and pencils on the desk. She then placed her jewelry and Princess crown on her vanity table. She placed the healing items that she brought with her on the desk. She then unpacked all of her other items and put them where they would go.

While Taryn was living in Erebor she would be working in the healing room with the other healers. She had a lot that Thorin's grand father wanted her to teach their dwarf healers. She also would spend a lot of time working in the library with Balin.

After she finished unpacking Taryn took a bath and washed her white blonde hair. Since she was an elf her hair would dry almost instantly. Once her body was dry she put on her underclothes, slip, and the dress she would wear for the day. She put on her necklace from her parents, her necklace from Thorin, and her ring from her parents. Taryn then brushed her hair white blonde hair, made two small braids in the front like Thorin's, and left the rest of her hair down. But she pulled up half of it and braided it into a delicate braid with Thorin's beads he made her.

Taryn had her handmaidens bring her breakfast to her bed chambers this morning. She ate in her sitting room by her fire as she wrote in her journal. When she was done she left the tray on the table. She then curled up in the chair and continued to write in her journal.

Thorin's POV:

Thorin had bathed and gotten dressed. He also ate his breakfast in his bed chamber this morning. He then spent the rest of the morning doing his Prince duties for he could spend the rest of the day with Taryn. He also had plans to finish for a few surprises for Taryn today. As a gift Thorin had planned to give her a section of the gardens to garden in. Since he knew how much she loved nature.

When Thorin was done with his duties he went to the library where he knew he would find Taryn. When he entered the large room he smiled when he saw Taryn curled up on a chair reading a book. Balin was also in the library sitting in the chair next to her also reading.

"Good afternoon Azyûngal," Thorin said to Taryn as he walked up to her with a smile on his lips.

"Good afternoon meleth nîn," Taryn said to Thorin as she looked up from the book she was reading.

After Thorin walked over to Taryn he bent down and kissed her forehead. Taryn looked up at him as she closed her book and smiled.

Balin grunted as in to say 'you two aren't alone.' "Good afternoon Thorin," Balin said to Thorin after he grunted.

Thorin let out a chuckle as he looked from Taryn to Balin. He had almost forgotten that Balin was in the library also. "Good afternoon Balin," Thorin said back to his friend.

"No worries about not noticing me. I know a certain elven Princess is all you can think about," Balin said with a chuckle.

Thorin let out another chuckle and nodded his head. "Do you mind Balin if I steal away this certain elven Princess from you for awhile?" He asked Balin.

Balin nodded his head as he knew what Thorin's plans were for this afternoon. "Of course you may." Balin said to Thorin.

Taryn let out a huff and crossed her arms over her chest. She did not like when they spoke about her as if she was not there. Thorin turned to look at her, but he just let out a laugh. He thought she looked so cute when she tried to act upset.

"I thought maybe we could take a walk to the gardens. I may have a surprise for you," he said to Taryn with a smirk on his lips.

Taryn rises an eyebrow as she heard that he had a surprise for her. Of course she couldn't not say no. She loved spending time with him and loved the gardens. Especially the water garden.
