Izuku's body had always been weak. He never did many sports when he was young, and he was always the first to get caught in tag.

He was easy to pass out in the heat or when he was working really hard at something.

But it never really concerned him until he began to train to become a hero. It wasn't bad until he got into UA.

They were training outside, Izuku was doing basic leg workouts and cardio to work his leg strength and keeping his whole body in strength. But while he was running and his heart was going, black began to cloud his vision and he stopped running. He tried to make it back towards more people, but collapsed before he could.

When he woke up, there was a crowd of people around him. He groaned his heart was going at a thousand miles a minute, he still felt lightheaded.

"Okay clear away clear away." He heard a voice say.

"Back up!" The same voice said, he opened his eyes and saw Aizawa kneeling next to him.

"Hey kid, can you sit up?" He asked softly. Izuku groaned again, his chest hurt a bit. Almost a pulsing pain as his heart beat. He ignored it, it was normal.

"I'm really dizzy." He said after a minute.

"Okay, let's get you inside." Aizawa said, putting a hand on Izuku's back to help him sit up.

Izuku's chest hurt worse as he sat up, like a stabbing pain, "just give me another minute." He said, moving a hand to his chest.

After a couple minutes of Izuku only focusing on breathing and staying awake, he was able to sit up and go inside.

Recovery Girl asked him a couple questions, but ultimately ruled it as overheating.

There were a couple more incidents like this before Aizawa began to notice something was really wrong.

It was the night before a big test. Izuku was up late studying with friends when he started complaining about how his chest was hurting.

"Your chest hurts?" Iida asked, "like how?"

"Like someone is standing on it. It feels really tight." He said, taking short and shallow breaths.

"I think I just need to lay down for a little while." Izuku said as he pushed himself up, still holding his chest, "thanks for studying with me, we're gonna do-" and just as he stood up he collapsed to the floor.

Todoroki took charge, "Iida go get Aizawa!!" He said first as he ran over to Izuku and knelt next to him.

"Ururaka could you search what could be wrong? Chest pain and fainting?" Todoroki asked, "he's still breathing, his heart is still beating."

"It says heart attack, arrhythmia, or cardiovascular disease." Ururaka said worriedly, "if it was a heart attack he would've been in more pain I think, but if he doesn't wake up soon he should go to a hospital."

Todoroki took a deep breath and nodded. A moment later Aizawa came running in. Izuku still hadn't woken up.

"Woah woah, what happened?" Aizawa asked.

"He said his chest was hurting, he seemed really tired all a sudden and said he just needed to get some rest, he also didn't seem to be breathing very well, then he got up and passed out mid sentence." Todoroki explained.

"Well thats not good." Aizawa said. They all turned their heads to Izuku as he groaned.

He took a sharp inhale.
