mina gets sick (bakusquad)

"Kirishima??" Denki whispered loudly, leaning over to kirishima's desk next to him, "where the hell is mina?"

"Language Denki." Aizawa said casually, ignoring their whispers and continuing to teach.

"I don't know dude! I haven't seen her since last night." Kirishima whispered back.

That's when they both felt their phones buzz. It was mina.

"Hey guys I'm out today bc I'm sick 🤧"

She had texted the bakusquad group chat, and simultaneously they all read the message and stood up.

"What are you guys doing?" Aizawa asked.

"We're going to take care of Mina. She's sick." Bakugo said, being the first to start moving towards the door.

The rest of the squad followed, Denki, Kirishima, and Sero all right behind him.

"You can't just leave-" Aizawa argued tiredly. The only response he got was the middle finger from Bakugo as they all charged out the door.

Aizawa rolled his eyes and continued teaching.

"Okay. Everyone, to my car." Bakugo said.

"Can you even drive?" Sero asked, "like... Legally?"

Bakugo whipped his head around, "yes you fucking dumbass now get in."

"I CALL SHOTGUN." Denki yelled.

"FUCK no. Kirishima gets front seat."  Bakugo said. Denki groaned, "why does kirishima get front seat?"

"Because I've seen him get carsick sitting in the back and I don't want PUKE all over MY car." Bakugo said.

"Jesus okay." Sero responded opening up the back door. Bakugo climbed into the driver's seat and pressed the break.

"Ready?" He asked. He didn't wait for a response before he shifted the car out of park, left his parking spot, and drove them to CVS.

"Okay. Sero, you're in charge of Mina's favorite ice cream, triple chocolate chip. Also grab a thing of sprite in case it's her stomach." Bakugo ordered, "denki you go get something fun, like a puzzle book or a coloring book she can do while relaxing in bed."

The two went off.

"Kirishima come with me and help me grab some snacks." Bakugo said.

Kirishima nodded and they went into the snacks isle, "I think we should grab some crackers probably, we're out in the dorms anyways." He suggested.

"Oh yeah. And peanut butter." Bakugo said.

"Should we get fun snacks too?" Kirishima asked, inspecting a small thing of fruit loops.

"Yeah grab a few in case she's up for it." Bakugo said, looking at a can of Pringles.

They both grabbed what they were looking at as Sero and denki came back.

"Look I got a unicorn coloring book! And markers!" Denki said, proud of himself.

"Good job." Sero said, holding the ice cream and the sprite.

"Let's check out." Bakugo said, taking his wallet out of his back pocket.

After they finished, they all piled back into Bakugo's car. Soon enough they were at Mina's door.

"Do you think she's asleep?" Sero asked as they walked up.

"No just knock." Denki said.

Kirishima stepped forward and knocked.

Mina was at the door a minute later. She was wearing a pink tank top and leopard print pajama pants. She sniffled.

"Hey guys, what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be in school?" She asked sleepily, her voice was nasally.

"Yeah but we left so we could help take care of you!" Denki said.

"We brought you some stuff to help you feel better!" Kirishima said.

"I have a fever.. I don't want you guys to get sick..." Mina said nervously.

Bakugo pushed his way in, "nothing a coloring book and your favorite ice cream cant fix."

The rest of the squad followed.

Mina just shrugged and climbed back in bed.

"How are you feeling?" Sero asked.

"Uh, not great. If it's okay, I'll take that ice cream though..." Mina said mischievously.

A couple bites in, Mina broke out into a coughing fit.

"What do you have??" Sero asked.

"I think it's just the flu. I threw up last night." Mina said, "my temp is 100."

"Oh yuck. Is there anything else we can do to help?" Kirishima asked.

"Let me take a nap." Mina said with a yawn. She really did look exhausted.

"Alright. We're out then. Call us when you wake up." Bakugo said, flipping the lights off on the way out.

40 minutes later the boys were back in the room with Mina. Post nap. Mina was eating crackers, watching Rick and Morty, and coloring a page in the coloring book denki had picked out.

"Oh yeah. I threw up again while you guys were gone." Mina said casually.

The boys freaked out.

"What!?"

"Why didn't you tell us sooner!?"

"Do you feel okay now?"

"Let's check her temp again."

"Should we take you to recovery girl?"

"GUYS!" Mina yelled, "I'm fine. I'm literally fine. Thank you guys so much for helping me out. I love all the gifts. But you guys are gonna get sick too if you aren't careful."

A couple of days later the rest of the squad was sick, and Mina was left taking care of them.
