Izuku was working on a project when his vision went suddenly blurry and he felt abnormally dizzy. He couldn't describe how he was feeling, he'd never felt so strange before.

His hand felt so weak he couldn't write with it anymore. So he decided to take a break and just pretend like he was thinking about the next step of his project. His head felt so heavy and the dizziness was making him almost nauseous.

He slowly compared his range of movement between his right side and his left side.

He could barely move his right arm, and then he realized it was also his right leg, and the right side of his face. He felt the right corner of his mouth being dragged down by gravity and his eye falling shut.

Everything felt wierd and wrong. He didn't realize it had been nearly an hour of this through their 90 minute class. His sense of time seemed distorted.

During this time Aizawa had picked up on his student's lack of productivity, but didn't say anything about it.

The next time he looked up from his own work was 30 minutes later when someone let out a groan.

He saw Midoriya sitting at his desk, now holding his head in his hand. He'd been hit so suddenly with the worst headache he'd ever experienced.

He felt nauseous, dizzy, and completely disoriented. He was beginning to think he was having a stroke or something strange. That was the only thing he knew to affect the one side of his body.

"Midoriya? Are you alright?" He asked. A couple people turned to look at him, but most just kept typing away or gluing onto poster boards.

"I think-" he started shakily, "I think something is wrong." He said, looking up from his work to reveal the one side of his face drooping.

Aizawa immediately stood up from his seat and walked over to Midoriya, "let's go to Recovery Girl."

"My right side is so weak." He said, his voice trembling, "I don't think I can stand." He said, his words nearly slurred from the way half his mouth pulled at his words.

"Ill help you, let's go." Aizawa said, supporting Izuku's right side while his left worked perfectly fine.

While they made their way, Izuku continued to experience the worst headache he'd ever felt in his life. He felt sick to his stomach.

"Mr. Aizawa?" He asked weakly, they were so close to the nurse's office.

"What's wrong?" The teacher responded in his usual, calm, even-keel tone.

"I think I'm going to vomit." He said nervously.

Aizawa looked down at the boy. Now that he paid attention to it he did look absurdly pale.

"Okay, let's just get to the nurse it's super close." Aizawa said, nearly dragging Izuku as he held back gags.

"My head hurts so bad." He said, tears streaming out of mostly his left eye as they approached the nurse's office. Izuku gagged as they entered.

Aizawa lunged for the closest trashcan, grabbed it, and positioned it under Izuku. He managed to lower the boy down to the ground, letting him lean over the trashcan as Recovery Girl rushed over.

"Shouta what are you doing here? Don't you have a class?" She asked as she helped Midoriya up onto a bed.

"Look at his face." Aizawa said as Izuku gagged over the trashcan again.

He wished all the lights were dimmer. They hurt his head.

"Oh, oh dear. Okay, that's a neurological problem, could be a stroke, let's call an ambulance. you do that, I'll handle him." She said as Izuku gagged again, tears streaming down his left eye and finally escaping his closed right.
