Also do one where Aizawa has a nightmare w mic + panic attack

Despite Shouta Aizawa's medical history, he still managed to be one of the most successful underground heroes of all time. Shouta Aizawa has epilepsy. What kept him out of a lot of trouble while working in a big city was that his triggers weren't photosensetive, instead his biggest triggers had to do with inconsistencies in routine, meaning he could do the same thing over and over each day and pretty much stear clear of seizures. Unfortunately, now that he was a teacher, his schedule was always changing, especially with the new rigorous work of teaching highschool wannabe-superhero freshman.

You would think that conforming to a school bell schedule, starting and ending his days at the same time would help someone with epilepsy like Aizawa's, but it didn't.

Shouta was diagnosed with epilepsy as a kid after a traumatic car accident that caused him a severe head injury. Thankfully, no one had died, but everyone was seriously injured, him included. After that, he experienced minor seizures after missing meals, not drinking enough water, or not sleeping enough. It got worse throughout highschool as stress and studying took over his life and he couldn't avoid his triggers so easily anymore.

After Oboro died, his seizures became incredibly frequent. The stress was too much to handle, he wasn't sleeping much, and in grief he was skipping meals, not drinking enough water. Hizashi was the only reason he was able to get through that. His first grand-mal seizure without his parents was at UA, with Mic.

So when he had to come back to this place to teach, worry about grading papers, teaching good content, training, and dealing with a bunch of routy residential fifteen year olds, absence seizures became much more common again.

He began napping in class to try and get through the days easier and prevent the seizures, but it was still inevitable that one day something would happen.

When it did, Mic was right by his side.

Thankfully, when the first bad aura set in, Aizawa and Mic were together in their shared teacher dorm. They were dating, and were happy to volunteer to share the small apartment rooms when required to live on campus.

It was late, and they were both awake grading papers. Aizawa was working on hero business topic essays and Mic was grading English quizzes when suddenly Shouta stopped writing, forgetting everything that he was doing as all the lights in the room glared brighter and the edges of his vision went fully blurry.

He hadn't had a big aura like this in a long time, so he wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Usually he had absence seizures and that was the end of it.

"Mic?" He asked, swallowing thickly, his head now in his hands, feeling like he was about to vomit. His ears were ringing so loudly he could barely hear his boyfriend's response.

"Shouta? What's wrong?" Mic asked, immediately out of his seat and next to the man.

"An aura. Big aura." He said wearily, a seeping fear creeping into his usually monotone voice.

"Okay, okay. Sit on the floor, I'll move stuff out of the way, just breathe, alright?" Mic asked as he helped move Aizawa into an open space where he wouldn't hit anything except the ground if he began seizing.

"Zashi, I don't feel good." He said, holding his forehead and stomach as Mic busied himself with pushing in their desk chairs and collecting soft things around all the hard corners.

Mic finished and went to kneel next to him, "I'm here, I'm here it's okay." He cooed, detangling his boyfriend's hair and then tying it back out of his face, watching as he breathed harshly in and out, violently nauseous.
