Arabella woke up the next morning and was highly disappointed to see that Damon had already left. That was until Elena barged into her room scaring the crap out of her, then she was eternally grateful.

"We're wanted at the sheriffs office" Elena informed her. She was still clearly annoyed about everything that happened yesterday. "So what's the story huh?"

"Damon compelled Jeremy to think that Vicki has left town and isn't coming back" Arabella told her "Thats what we go with, now let me get ready and I'll meet you downstairs"
Elena took a deep breathe before exiting her room.

Arabella reluctantly dragged herself out of bed before heading to her bathroom to shower.

Once she was showered she started to get herself ready, her hair was  naturally wavy so she didn't really need to do much with that. She applied some subtle make-up and was getting herself dressed when her phone buzzed.

One new message from hottest vamp. She scrunched up her face in confusion.

'Morning Bella, sorry for the early escape but I didn't want your aunt and siblings to catch us ;) Next time don't snore so loud - D x'

Arabella laughed sending him a text back. He must of added his number to her contacts last night.

'Morning "hottest vamp" :) So do you plan on stealing my bed everynight?! Jk.. Thanks for the company last night, who knew you could be such a nice guy! Oh and BTW, that means by the way, I do NOT snore - Bella xoxo'

"Arabella we need to go!" Elena shouted from downstairs, she quickly placed her phone in her bag and made her way downstairs.

Everyone spent the next couple of hours at the sheriffs office been  interrogated by the sheriff herself. Thankfully everyone had their stories straight. Well what Damon made Jeremy believe anyway.

Stefan was waiting outside for the Gilbert twin's when Matt came storming out the building "I was just trying to help her, Matt" Stefan said but Matt just ignored him and hurried away.

Stefan let out a sigh, turning back to the police station when Arabella and Elena was heading in his direction.

"We'll meet you guys at the car" Elena told their Aunt Jenna and Jeremy before approaching Stefan "I don't think the Sheriff suspected anything. Jeremy only knew what Damon made him know"

"Thank you" stefan said, grateful that they were helping keep their secret.

"You owe me Boyo" Arabella joked, pointing a finger at him "I expect flowers and chocolates oh and you can compel me lots and lots of alcohol" Arabella laughed, which then caused Stefan to laugh but Elena did not find any of this funny.

"I cant do this, Stefan" Elena said turning the attention back to her "Eveytime I look at Jeremy or Matt all I think is that Vicki is never coming back. It's just to much"

"Why don't we go somewhere and talk about it" Stefan said, taking a small step towards her.

"No you have to stay away from us" Elena said, storming away from them both before turning back "Elle let's go!"

Arabella turned to Stefan and smiled, she didn't need them to stay away from her. She thought of Damon and Stefan as her bestfriends and she might not agree with some of their decisions (mainly Damon's) but she trusts them both immensely.
