After Damon and Arabella had their little talk and Damon had informed her about the cure to vampirism, the brunette was furious. She couldn't believe that Stefan would try and do something like that without consulting her first. The older Salvatore tried to tell her that it was because of Klaus but that only angered her even more.. "He's not compelled to do as he says anymore" is what she yelled before she called the younger Salvatore and gave him an earful down the phone, she told him that she didn't want the cure and that she couldn't trust him anymore.

Stefan was devastated and once again he hated Klaus for ruining his relationship with the hybrid doppleganger.

It had been a few days and the green-eyed vampire was out in the woods doing push-ups to try and calm himself down, or more so to stop him from going on one of his ripper binges. He had seen the brunette in passing whilst he was at home but she had barely spoken two words to him in that time and it was really starting to affect his mood.

Caroline and Elena were at the Lockwood Mansion, the former was carrying Arabella's clipboard as they were preparing for the annual Miss Mystics Falls pageant. Arabella had to rush off somewhere because there was a major wardrobe crisis. Apparently one of the girls who was late participating couldn't decide on what she wanted to wear. "What do you mean you're not coming? I don't need to remind you that your attendance record totally sucks." The blonde complained to Stefan down the phone as they walked down the stairs towards the Lockwood gardens.

"Besides, you're a founding family member, by definition you have to be here." Elena continued as she followed Caroline over to a table where one of the girls was arranging some flowers. The younger twin frowned when she snatched the flowers from her hands and started rearranging them to her satisfaction.

"Arabella doesn't want to see me. By definition, I don't need to be anywhere." Stefan spoke down the phone. He sounded breathless.

"Did that sound as depressing to me as it did to you?" Caroline asked Elena as they continued their way through the gardens, altering and rearranging everything up to Caroline's standard.

"Oh, I'm not depressed. I just want to rip into someone's artery and feed until I can't breathe anymore."

Caroline couldnt help but chuckle at Elena's horrified face. "Well, you can't. As your sober sponsor. I am not going to let that happen. Try and sublimate and maybe not talk about that when I have you on speakerphone."

"Look, she said she didn't trust me and she has barely spoken a word to me. I'm going out of my mind, Guys! I just know I've lost her friendship and I don't know what I'm supposed to do!" Stefan replied, he was sprawled out on the ground staring up at the clear blue skies.

"We'll talk to her, okay?! You'll have your bestfriend back in no time." The blonde looked up and could see Arabella stressfully arranging a vase filled with flowers. She elbowed Elena to gain her attention before she started making her way towards the brunette "Look, we need to go. Be careful. And remember, there is sublimating and then there is insanity."

"I'll be fine. Bye."

Stefan hung up the phone and Caroline looked at Elena who was clearly deep in thought. She quickly made her way over to the Petrova witch. "Hey, is everything okay? You look stressed?!"

"No! April is a new entry and she can't decide on a dress, she just had a major meltdown so I said I'd give her time to calm down before I helped her decide and my bestfriend and my sister are talking about me behind my back...." Caroline and Elena both looked at each other with wide eyes. "Vamp hearing, remember." She said as she turned to face them. "So what did he have to say for himself?"
