“Sasuke?” I asked, we were walking to a store for things.

“What.” he grunted.

I looked over at him, my eyes sharp. “Tell me why you hate me.”

He was quiet for a moment. “Remember the last time I left? I was lying about all of that just to convince myself I did not love you. So I didn’t focus on you. I did that again, this time I think it really did work.”

I bit my lip.

“You loved her?” Karin asked, I could tell she was pissed.

“We were together.” I answered her, putting my hand on her shoulder, close to her neck. She shrugged me off, I knew it would piss her off.

“Damn, lucky you Sasuke.” Suigetsu muttered.

“Not really.” Sasuke commented. I threw my hand out, slapping him across the face. He stumbled back, Suigetsu and Juugo caught him. He held his cheek in pain, wincing.

“You’ll respect me as long as I’m here. I don’t want to here you whining, it’s not cool. Keep those comments to yourself, or I’ll tell everyone here how your really like.” I snapped. Sasuke stood back up, scowling at me.

I started walking ahead. I was biting my lip, depression washing over me. I can’t believe he had to be like this. I mean, seriously? Then again, I should be used to it.

My hair was pulled back, I let out a gasp of surprise. Sasuke’s hand was wrapped with my hair, he used it to get me to stop. His hard eyes met mine.

“I won’t hesitate to kill you, if you do that one more time.” Sasuke growled.

“Go ahead. The Mayuko clan and Akatsuki will annihilate you if you do, though.” I said, then took out a kunai. I handed it to him. “Kill me. Come on, honey.” I said, I used to call him honey. Before he left, at least.

He didn’t move, just kept the hard glare. I kept my emotionless expression.

“I will.” he answered.

I smiled. “Okay.”

There was a long silence, tension in the air. Suigetsu looked horrified, Karin looked smug, probably because she thought he would indeed kill me. Juugo looked worried. I wonder who he was worried for. Probably Sasuke, his leader. ‘Master’.

After a moment, Sasuke threw me forward, letting go of my hair. I knew how to piss him off and not get myself killed for it. I fixed my hair. My scalp felt like it was burning from him pulling me. He walked past me, his shoulder hitting mine. He walked ahead, I could practically see the steam radiating off of him.

Suigetsu walked next to me. “I’ve never seen him so pissed.” he admitted. “I knew he wouldn’t kill you, though. He said that he doesn’t want us to kill people. He won’t kill either. Probably until he kills Itachi.”

I smirked. “Oh really?” I could use this against him if he ticked me off again.

“Yup.” Suigetsu replied, I smiled.

“Thank you.” I said, my hand touching his arm. He blushed, I laughed softly. I walked up to Juugo, he had a squirrel on his shoulder. I looked at the squirrel, who just happily sat on his shoulder. He had a soft side.

“Aww, a little squirrel.” the squirrel crawled over so it was closer to me, I smiled at it. I petted its tail, accidentally touching Juugo’s shoulder in the process. He didn’t mind.

Karin walked faster, she was next to me now. I turned to look at her, she gave me the stink eye.

“You smell bad.” she commented.

“You look fugly.” I commented without missing a beat. I could see the vein pop out of her forehead when I said that. I smirked, then chuckled.

“I can’t believe Sasuke dated some ugly ass bitch like you, I mean look at you! You’re....you’re.....Ugly!” she exclaimed.

I snorted. “Nice insult.” I said, sarcastically.

“Ooh!” she huffed, pissed off. She turned to Suigetsu. “Who’s prettier, me or her?”

“Fubuki.” Suigetsu stated. She groaned, then ran over to Sasuke.

“Sasuke, Sasuke! Who do you like better, Fubuki or me?” Karin asked.

“You.” Sasuke answered, though he looked extremely irritated.

“Take that!” Karin screamed, pointing a finger at me.

“I don’t like Sasuke, though.” I stated.

Karin’s triumphant look faded. “Wha....?”

“I don’t like him like that. So, congrats.” I shrugged.

She scowled at my answer.

“Well, since this didn’t turn as well as I expected it would, I’m going to leave this team. Okay?” I said.

“You can’t!” Suigetsu begged.

“I have to.” I said, then walked over to Sasuke. I put my hand on his bare chest. He shivered. I smirked. “Bye.” I then disappeared, reappearing in the Leaf Forest. I snickered, making my way back home.

I went straight to Tsunade’s office.

“How was the mission?” she asked, noticing I had a pleased look on my face.

I gave her a little tracker screen. “I put a tracking device in him. You should be able to handle things a little more easily now. When the time comes, we can attack and be a step ahead of where we were before.”

Tsunade’s eyes widened. “What’s this?” she asked, looking at the other dots.

“Who he works with.” I grinned. “All I needed was to touch them once, and a tracking device would be placed on them. They didn’t notice.”

“Are you sure of that?” she asked. I nodded.

“If they did, they wouldn’t have killed me. Sasuke has this no killing policy.”

Tsunade nodded. “Excellent work, you’ll be ANBU Captain in no time, and Sasuke will be a part of Konohagakure once again.” she replied, I answered with a nod, and left her office.
