Two weeks passed, and the Hokage had people check up on me again for the third time. Things were going better then usual, I was starting to like this place. I knew where things were, and I had everything settled in how I liked it. It was nice here. I managed not to kill my new alarm clock. I wondered how long that would last.
Today they were going to assign me to a team, which should be extremely interesting. I walked to the academy, excited for what was in store.
"WHAT group?!" I shouted at Iruka angrily. I got in team seven, with Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura.
"Well that was the group we had to set you with, there are two uneven groups and we decided you with-" I left the classroom before he could finish. I was pissed.I walked back in when school was over to realize our sensei wasn't there yet.
"Nice. Ditching?" Sakura scolded. I wordlessly walked to sit down next to Sasuke. "You should be more responsible."
I flipped her off. Her jaw dropped. Inappropriate, yes, but I was not in the mood.
"Don't do that to Sakura!" Naruto said, then blushed at Sakura.
I sighed. I waved my hand in the air. "Eh." I spoke. I was cut off by the pain I felt pain inside me. I started shaking, my whole body hurt. I arched my back, a cry escaping my lips. I held onto my head and tried to make the pain go away. I curled up into a ball on the chair, my nails digging into the desk wood. Jesus Christ, this time the pain was much worse.
"Are you okay?!" Sakura shouted, shocked. I felt the pain subside, I regained my posture and let out a breath. I tried to pull it together, I didn't want everyone to see how weak I could be. Disgusting.
"I'm fine." I whispered.
"What was that?" Sasuke asked, he had moved from his seat when my pain had first started. It was obvious that he was shocked. It looked like he might have been worried, but I shrugged off the thought.
"Because you are all on my team, I'll tell you. There is a pain that Mayukos get before we develop our kekkei genkai. It's called the Ginme. I've been having some intense pain since my clan's massacre, though. It won't go away." I admitted. "And the massacre happened years ago."
"What if it's from mental state? You must be still grieving after all of this time." Sakura asked.
"No, my older brother and older sister went through it. He said I am supposed to get used to it, grasp onto the pain and it will go away. It's the downside of the kekkei genkai. Some pain is so unbearable it can knock a person out for days. But I've only had it for as long as five hours and as short as five minutes." I explained.
Naruto restlessly got up and walked over and put an eraser on top of the door.
"Naruto, that won't work." Sakura said, rolling her eyes.
I sighed. It probably would, no one expects to be greeted with an eraser on their head. The sensei was also probably not that great if he was so late.
The door opened, the eraser fell on the white haired man with a covered face.
I sweat dropped. I knew it. I knew that somehow, he would fall for it.

Our sensei stared at all of us with a look of disappointment, which was odd that I could read such emotion. His face was almost completely covered, his headband covering his left eye, and his mouth covered by a tight mask that hugged his mouth, chin and neck. His hair was grey, and pretty tall, but once the eraser it, it flattened slightly. "My first impression of you guys......" he looked at all of us. "I hate you all."
I sweat dropped once again, along with my teammates. Oh, man.

We ended up on the roof. All four of us sat on the steps, looking at our sensei who leant on the ledge's bars behind him. Naruto sat next to Sakura, who sat next to Sasuke, who sat next to me. Surprise, surprise that the Uchiha would favor my presence over the annoying, clingy fangirl's and the boy who drives him up the wall.
"Okay, now we get to introduce ourselves. Like your dreams, hobbies, likes, dislikes..." the white haired man stated.
"Can you give us an example?" Naruto asked.
"Uhmmm.....I'm Kakashi Hatake. My dreams? I don't know. My hobbies? I can't tell you. I like and dislike certain things." kakashi-sensei stated. Oh, wow that was loads of information.
"Uh, all you practically told us was your name!" Sakura exclaimed.
"Okay, lets all start. You, the blonde haired ninja. You first."
Of course, Naruto stated his name, love of ramen and his goal of becoming hokage, he was very enthusiastic about it. I didn't doubt the boy, there was pure determination in his eyes. I know he trained pretty hard, even if he didn't get it, he'd try his best.
Then, it was Sakura's turn. Oh, boy, I was dying to hear what she had to say. Not. "I'm Sakura Haruno. My likes......" she giggled and blushed, turning to Sasuke.
'Sasuke.' I thought.
"My dreams...." she giggled and blushed, looking at Sasuke.
'Marrying Sasuke.' I thought.
"My hobbies....." blush, giggle, turn.
'Stalking Sasuke.'
"You didn't say your dislikes." Kakashi said.
"NARUTO!" Sakura shouted.
"WHAT?!" Naruto exclaimed, sniffling.
Then, it was Sasuke's turn.
"My name is Sasuke Uchiha. I have no dreams, but a goal. That goal is to kill a certain someone, and restore my clan. I don't have hobbies, really. I don't like much, and I dislike a lot." he said.
Damn, dark. I couldn't say I blamed him, because I felt vengeful, too, and I also wanted to bring my clan back to its former glory. It seemed impossible, but something in me wanted to try anyways. Call it foolishness, I call it destiny.
My turn now. I sighed.
"I'm Fubuki Mayuko. My dreams? Well, I want to become a strong ninja, and kill whoever killed off my clan. I also want to restore it back to former glory. My hobbies? Well, I like training, and listening to music. Whatever. My likes? I don't really know, I don't like much. My dislikes....Well, I hate fan girls, I hate snobs, I hate people who kill for no reason at all, and people who try to act like they are better than me, and a lot of other things I don't want to explain." I said, and crossed my arms.
"Okay, wow, this is an. . .Interesting bunch. Now that we know each other pretty well, tomorrow we have a mission early in the morning, meet me at the training grounds. Don't eat breakfast, or you'll throw up. Got it?" he asked, then he left.
We all started to walk away, Sasuke and Naruto were the quickest to leave after Kakashi. I was still getting up off the floor when I heard Sakura call my name. She walked up to me with a pensive expression. "Hey, uhm, I know we didn't get along at first, but we can try to be friends. How about it?" she asked.
I thought about it for a second. Oh well, I would give her a chance. But only because she was part of my squad now. I was quite possibly going to have to deal with these people until the end of my ninja life. Might as well trust everyone around me.
"Okay." I said after clear hesitation, she smiled.
"Okay, good! See you tomorrow." she said, then walked away. "Hey Sasuke!" she called after the boy who was almost out of sight. I sighed, shook my head, then walked back home, eager to get ready for tomorrow's mission.
