I sat next to the gleaming light of the fire, turning back to look at Sasuke. I smiled. He was finally able to come back, and he decided to live in my house. Well, actually we both talked about it. He said yes.
Today was Halloween, one of my favorite holidays.
“Sasuke, I’m going to go dress into my costume, alright?” I headed for the stairs. “Dress in yours.”
“I am not dressing in the costume you bought me.” Sasuke crossed his arms stubbornly. “I’m not going to look stupid for your humor.”
I looked back at him. “I’ll give you something sweet at the end of the night.” I offered.
“I don’t like sweets-Oh.” he caught onto what I was saying. He smirked.
I rolled my eyes. “Horny bastard.” I muttered under my breath.
“I heard that.”
“I know.” I ran up the stairs. It has been a couple of months since Sasuke had been brought back, and he’s slowly putting his own emotional walls down. I can sometimes see a spark of emotion in his expressions now. I knew it wasn’t hard, I wouldn’t push him.
I dressed into my costume: a sexy vampire. The skirt went an inch below my butt, I had long stockings to the knees. My outfit was red and black. The corset was black, some red spots, the tie in the middle red. I also had fingerless gloves. I put genjutsu over me so it looked like I had vampire teeth. I smirked.
I walked down the stairs to see Sasuke in his costume. He was peter pan. I tried not to laugh. I had purposely made him dress as something as embarrassing for him as possible. He couldn’t see me, but he was currently muttering, sitting on the couch.
“What the hell, I don’t wear fucking tights. These are stuck to me! And no man wears shorts, or whatever these things are, these high! God damn!” he muttered.
I chuckled, hiding behind something so he couldn’t see my costume yet. I threw a new costume at him.
“Tricked you. You wear this instead.” I snickered. He glared at my direction. He shook his head and sighed.
“The things I do for you, I swear.” he muttered, walking into the bathroom.
He walked out, he was pretty sexy. He was wearing a vampire costume as well, but less complicated than mine. He smirked. “Better, but not completely satisfying.” he mused.
I walked out. “I know why.” he looked at me, his eyes widening, I could see the lust in his eyes. I shook my head and giggled. I blushed. I walked over to him. “It’s cause your shirt isn’t open.” I whispered in his ear, unbuttoning the top buttons of the button up under the cape.
I walked away when I was done unbuttoning his shirt, I ran my hand through my black locks. It was silent in the room, so I turned to look at Sasuke. He wasn’t there.
“Babe?” I mused, walking around for him. I still couldn’t find him.
“In here.” I finally heard, I walked into the dining room, and gasped. The table had a Halloween table cloth with a bunch of food and sweets on it.
“Damn.” I breathed. “Did you cook this all?”
He smirked. “Yes. For you.”
“How the hell did I not smell you cooking?” I murmured, gazing at the mouth watering food.
“You’re not that observant at home.”
I looked at him. He really did know me well. He used a weak spot against me. I bit my lip, then walked over to him. “Thank you.” I held him close to me, his hands rested on my back.
“No problem.”
I remembered something, and started to chuckle.
“What?” he asked, curious. I looked up at him.
“Bikou would probably try to have a cooking contest with you.” I laughed.
“Well, I can’t cook sweets.” a voice rang, I turned to see Bikou walk in, next to Akemi. Akemi was dressed as a sexy pirate, Bikou was dressed as a werewolf.
“Bikou!” I hugged him, then looked at Sasuke. “How did you get them to come? They’re impossible to find for everyone but me.”
Bikou chuckled. “Well, I decided I won’t go all around the world anymore, so anyone can find me. And Akemi was in the Land of Dogs, a sacred secret village and I had to call her.” he looked over to Akemi. Akemi was smiling.
“He knew where I’d be.”
I looked at the two of them. “Are you two....You know....”
Akemi blushed, Bikou looked at her and grinned.
“Well, she is beautiful. She’s sweet. Kind. She does have a little Mayuko in her, which is a plus.” Bikou looked over to me. I smiled. Akemi was somehow related, but in a different clan that didn’t take part in the massacre. Her clan and mine had an agreement to stay friendly to each other, but her clan wasn’t killed off.
Akemi grinned. “Bikou is sweet, handsome, and not too much of a bore.”
Bikou grinned, then realized what she said. He pouted. “Hey!”
Akemi laughed, walking over to Bikou. He held her hands. “So..?” she murmured.
“Let’s leave them alone.” I said, grabbing Sasuke and bringing him to the kitchen. I sat on the counter.
Sasuke grinned, sitting next to me.
After a moment, Bikou came in with Akemi. She was holding his hand.
I smiled, then got off the counter. I walked back in the dining room. “Let’s eat.”
