I woke up the next morning, my head hurting. I groaned, sitting up. I looked at the sleepy man next to me, remembering last night’s events. I blushed.
I put my hand on his shoulder. I noticed something, turning on my Kooriamgan. It was a clone. I nearly jumped in shock, but found his real form down in the kitchen. I smiled.
He didn’t want me to worry that he was gone.
My eyes changed back to their brilliant green color, I got out of my bed and changed into my regular clothes. I walked down the stairs. Sasuke was at the stove. I walked up quietly behind him, wrapping my arms around his waist. He didn’t flinch.
“Did I scare you?” I asked, putting my head on his back.
“No.” he replied. I groaned.
“Damn!” I then walked over to the kitchen, sitting down at it and playing with a chopstick.
Sasuke pulled back from the stove, placing the cooked food on a serving plate. He pushed it in front of me. I looked at it curiously.
“For me?” I asked, pointing at myself. He nodded. I grinned. “Thanks, love.” I started to eat while he got himself a plate as well, he sat down next to me. I then started thinking, after a moment I choked on my eggs.
“Are they that bad?” Sasuke asked, studying his plate.
“N-no...I was thinking.....Did you uhm....”
“Did I what?”
“Last night....Did you....”
“Did I?”
“Did you use protection?”
There was a silence at the table. He looked down at his plate. He was silent.
“Well, if you are, I mean it’s okay, we were planning on having a kid anyways and-“
“Answer the damn question.”
He looked at me for a long moment. “No.”
I let out a breath. “I don’t know if I’m happy.” I admitted.
“Why?”
“Because I’m how old? And I might have a....Baby....” the thought just wowed me. I mean, a baby. I remember when I was thirteen and I thought about if I had a baby, my thoughts on it never changed. Though when I was thirteen, I always thought “when I’m older, the thought will be less frightening”. Though the thought never lightened up in my head.
Now I had to face the question dead on.
“Well, in two weeks we can check if you are?” Sasuke shrugged. I bit my lip.
“You seem like this is no big deal.” I stated.
“Well, we’re not sure, so I can’t clap or cry.” Sasuke said.
“You can do those actions?” I asked, sarcastically. He shook his head, smirking.
“You’re such a bitch sometimes.” he chuckled.
“I know. Only to you, though. And to the bitches who try to get to you.” I shrugged.
He raised an eyebrow at me. “Why am I in that category?”
I shrugged. “I don’t know.” I flashed him a grin. “But anyways....”
“Of course.” he muttered.
I gave him a look. “If I am pregnant, then holy shit. But if I’m not, then we can.....Try later.” I blushed at the thought, looking away.
“Try?”
“Shut your trap.”
He chuckled. He got up and walked over to the livingroom. I looked up.
“Hey, the hell? I was talking to you, mister!” I got up as well. There was a knock at the door. I shrugged, and walked over to it. I opened the door to see Sakura, she was looking down.
“Hello, Fubuki, I have to tell you something.” she seemed hesitant.
“Yes?” I asked, frowning. I moved so she could come in, my hand motioning her in. She walked in, and sat down at the kitchen table. I sat down with her.
“You worked for Akatsuki.” she stated, I nodded. “Did you know Sasori?”
“I didn’t talk to him much, but he was very nice to me.” I admitted. “He was one of those people that made me rethink the Akatsuki’s evil.”
Sakura let out a sigh, it was shaky. It made me curious.
“Well.....He’s dead.”
I stopped breathing. “What.” I spoke in a soft whisper.
“I....I killed him.”
I nodded slowly. “Well, if it was for self defense, then it’s fine. My best friend in the Akatsuki was someone else, anyways.”
“Tsunade wants me to give her all the information of him as I can, and told me to ask you for help writing the report, since you worked with him.” Sakura explained, taking out a pencil and paper. I let out a sigh.
“Well, you know about his poison, and how he changed humans into puppets, right? Also that he rarely showed his true form?” I asked. Sakura nodded. “Well, he was thirty five. His birthday was November 8th, his partners were Orochimaru when he was previously in Akatsuki, and recently Deidara.”
“Deidara is the blonde guy?” Sakura asked.
“With the clay bombs, yes that’s him.” I said, then paused. “Is he still alive?”
Sakura nodded.
“Funny, I thought he’d be dead if Sasori was. I saw Sasori as a strong opponent.” I murmured.
“Well, Deidara has no arms now.” Sakura shrugged. I let out a grunt.
“Kakuzu will sow ‘em back on, tell them not to celebrate just yet.” I then got up.
“Okay, thank you Fubuki. I should be going now. Say hi to Sasuke for me.” she smiled, then headed for the door.
“Say hi to Mikey for me.”
“Hai.” she then left. I walked over to the livingroom, Sasuke was reading a book. I put my chin on his head and looked at the book, he immediately shut it and threw it somewhere.
“Wha-“ I started to ask.
“Who came?” he asked.
I frowned. “I thought you sensed her. Sakura came.” I sat next to Sasuke. “She says hi.”
“Hn.” he replied, I translated that to “oh, I say hi back”.
Now, I just wanted to know what book he was reading....
