We were finally, officially, back together. He said he had a grand date night planned for me and him. The only problem was Hal. He was so over protective of his daddy.
"I wanna come," he sobbed as Timothée tried to hand him to my mother. She hadn't been too impressed that I took Timothée back.
"No angel, daddy and mommy will be back later tonight," he soothed.
"You gonna go away! I don't want to only see you on tv," he wailed. Timothée stilled and I knew his heart must be breaking.
"That's never happening again little one," he said, holding him close and hugging him tight.
"You love Wonka right?" He asked him, and Hal nodded, lips trembling.
"Guess what, Daddy didn't know who you were when he made Wonka," he said.
"Didn't know?" Hal questioned.
"No I didn't. If daddy had known who you were, you could have come to the chocolate factory!"
"Oompa Loompas!" Hal clapped and cheered.
"Yes, daddy is sad he didn't know you. Can you forgive him?"
Hal nodded resolutely.
"But now that Daddy knows who Hal is, he's not going to leave okay. I will be back at the end of the night. I just want to have some time with mommy, is that okay. She's such a good mommy, doesn't she deserve some fun?"
"Yes," Hal relented and my heart cheered. Finally, my mom took him, and she looked softer too.
Timothée lead me out to the car, he opened the door for me. I moved inside awkwardly. He'd bought me an insanely expensive dress, and wearing it felt odd when I was used to mom jeans and dirty t-shirts.
"You look absolutely amazing," he said, eyes sparkling as he got into the drivers side.
"Do I? I feel like the baby weight came off in weird places and stayed in others," I said.
"Hey, look at me," he said and I did. "You are the most gorgeous woman in this world. Don't you forget it or I'll have to remind you over and over again."
"You're sweet," I smiled. He took my hand and kissed it. We got to a fancy restaurant. The theme was starry night. A fake river ran through the floor. The walls were cast with the famous painting. Soft music played in the background, and rustic seating was all around.
"This is gorgeous," I said in awe.
"I bought the whole place out for the night," he said.
"You what! Timothée, you didn't have to do that!"
"I wanted to," he shrugged. We were seated. The champagne was light and bubbly, and the food was warm and filling. Timothée and I talked like old times, with no interrupting toddler.
"Wow," I said suddenly as it washed over me.
"What Mon amour?" He asked, he hadn't let go of my hand the whole dinner.
"I just realized I really, really missed you," I said, and squeezed his hand. He looked a little teary.
"I thank God every day you gave me a second chance, you and Hal are the most important things in life. Could I do it if you and me weren't together, sure, but I'm so much more blissfully happy that you've accepted me back. You're an Angel, and I'm never going to stop being thankful to you."

FanfictionI love Timothee and a lot of my suggestions turn into miniseries. These are my multipart series under 6 parts. I hope you enjoy this. I think it'll be well received. Lots of different topics and tropes.
