Warnings - bullied, Disability, slut shaming

I'd moved into a very prestigious school with some of my friends. My parents thought it'd be a good look for their fashion business. I was ripped away from my normal life and thrown into a life of designer clothes, passive aggressive comments, and high school being treated like the end all be all. I didn't like it.

"He looks lonely," I said for maybe the fifth time this week.

"He should," snickered Angela. "He'a a freak!"

"He can't help it!" I snapped.

"Well his mom shouldn't have been a whore," giggled Julia. Ruby and Selina laughed behind their hands.

"I'm going to introduce myself," I snapped.

"Don't do that!" Ruby wailed. "Everyone will think you're so weird."

"I don't give a fuck," I snarled, Making the gossip girl like people gasp.

"Hey Edgar," I smiled. He was trying very hard to eat his sandwich. Maybe that's why he was so skinny.

"Can I help," I asked.

"Oh um, please," he asked. I fed him the sandwich.

"What do you like to do when you're off school?" I asked.

"Wow, you're the only person to ask me an interesting question."

"I'm curious," I smiled.

"I like to be creative, crafts, baking, anything I can manage," he shrugged.

"That's awesome! can I tell you something," I asked.

"Yeah," he said.

"You aren't the only one who is struggling with... something. I have a heart condition, it makes me very scared. I know it isn't the same but-"

"Thank you!" He said nearly crying.

"What?" I asked.

"I just really needed to know I wasn't alone, thank you. It means a lot."

"Well, I'm glad we can relate and talk," I grinned.

"You-you want to keep Talking?" He said in awe.

"If you do," I smiled.

"I definitely do."
