This is the last recording of Zane, Master of Ice, son of doctor Julian and student of Master Wu. I was built to protect those that cannot protect themselves, and I have tried to fulfil this purpose. I have no regrets. I had the best friends anyone could ask for.

Pixal... I love you

Farewell.

For once in her entire life (y/n) felt bored, restless and frustrated. She couldn't use training to get such feelings to go away, if anything it made it worse. Trying to relax helped as much as trying to sleep on a restless night. Helping around the village have some distraction but at the end of it time still barely crept on.

She wanted to chase after Lloyd. She didn't know when she became paranoid but ever since he had left she had been thinking of every worse case scenario. (y/n) sighed deeply as she sat on the edge of the towers they had built for the battle. Nya sat next to her, together they both sighed, it was a frustrating feeling as they sat in the shadow of a storm they didn't know would hit or not.

"And I losing my nerve?" (y/n) asked as she stared up at the grey sky.

"What do you mean? Ever since I can remember you've always been the fight first face consequences later sort of person," Nya replied as she glanced over at her friend.

"It's not that, the fight isn't what scares me, it's the quiet. Maybe I'm becoming paranoid but whenever I think of Lloyd in trouble, losing a fight, heck even dying, it doesn't make me want to fight harder, become stronger, the thoughts plunges me into an ocean of fear," (y/n) admitted.

Nya's eyes widened in amazement, other than Lloyd she was the closest to (y/n) but this was the first she had ever seen her friend talking about her vulnerability, Nay was beginning to believe (y/n) had none, that (y/n) ran on luck and sheer ferocity. No. Nya had seen (y/n) like this once before, after she had glanced into the mirror, Nya didn't want to believe that someone so strong could break, because if (y/n) broke what hope was left for the rest of them. Nya barely knew how to respond, let alone give advice. She bit her lip, "(y/n) you've been through a lot, you died and came back and then returned to the departed realm, then you came back to wipe out and army, you, Lloyd, everyone, we can't catch a break and of course it'll make you scared, it makes me scared but I look to you, Lloyd and the others and somehow I know it'll be fine," Nya replied.

(y/n) nudged Nya, "I'm flattered that you think I'm invincible but I still bleed," (y/n) chuckled. (y/n) shivered and rolled her arm she felt cracking, heard it as well.

"What was that?" Nya asked.

"Long story short, ever see that movie frozen?" (y/n) sighed.

"Yeah?"

"I'm slowly turning into a popsicle,"  (y/n) grumbled. "Probably my fault, this is probably the Master Writers way of pay back after I threatened to murder them," she huffed.

"No way! You threatened the cloud kingdom?!" Nya gasped.

"I was dead and had nothing to lose and watching you all suffer... I waa desperate to find a way back and it worked I am back in the flesh," (y/n) chuckled.

"You're a monster, in a good way," Nya grinned.

Nya sighed, if there was one person she could trust not to judge her it was (y/n). "I've been feeling useless without my powers and it's so damn frustrating that it won't listen," she grumbled.

(y/n) frowned a thought carefully, "I do admit the Ice does somehow trump elemental power here, I've been feeling it as well, sometimes the wind, fog and storms don't want to listen to me," (y/n) theorised, she then smiled and laid a hand on Nya's shoulder, "It's not you, it's the ice," (y/n) assured.
