Blown Away (Lloyd Garmadon x Reader)

Versus

Lloyd's heart was in his throat, it beat like thunder in his ears. He could do nothing but watch as (y/n) was surrounded by Chen's warriors. Her gazed fixed upon them. He wanted to scream at her to run but he found that his voice wouldn't work. It was like the raging wind that attacked was right beside him as Chen's forces were swept off the ground and into the air.

He sat up gasping. He ran a hand through his hair. He hoped that the dream was just his worry not an actual warning that she was in trouble. He glanced out at the balcony. He expected the rays of dawn to shine through, instead a massive windstorm tore through the jungle outside. The wind chimes blew in the wind with its fast music. He stepped outside and stared into the grey clouds. "(y/n)," he whispered. As he watched trees fly into the air. The fury of the wind was relentless.

Lloyd stared at the entrance to Chen's palace below. A truck had driven in, and it was surrounded by lots of security. Lloyd could see Clouse surrounding the truck with his dark magic. A tree was hurled at them which Clouse stopped but his attention was diverted. A box was removed from the truck, he noticed that it was the size of a person. He could hear a metallic banging come from inside the box. Something inside him told him that it was no ordinary box. He watched as dents formed in its side. He held his breath.

It was like the wind moved to the box and he was in awe as the wind sliced the box open. (y/n) tumbled from the box and stared down her opponents. He felt someone cover his mouth, "quiet son!" his father said.

"But (y/n)," he mumbled. As he watched her face them down.

"She'll be in more danger if we reveal ourselves," Garmadon reasoned as his son stopped fighting and watched the scene below.

(y/n) pounced her fists together and in a blinding light, her staff appeared along with her suit. "She's passed the test of the mountain, the staff of wind, a legendary weapon only held by two former Masters of Wind, Windsor the First, (y/n)'s great-grandfather and now (y/n)," Garmadon informed, impressed. Lloyd was silent. As he watched her fight Chen's guards. None of them could touch her.

A guard with a sword charged at her and as he swung down his sword was sliced in two, "what was that?" Lloyd asked his father.

"It seems that (y/n) may have Mastered the strongest martial art technique known only to the Masters of wind, the invisible blade, a gust of wind so strong it can slice through metal," Garmadon narrated as the knocked-out bodies piled up by (y/n) began to grow. No one landed a single hit on (y/n), she dodged and ducked and fought back against any attack thrown at her. Her skills had definitely improved.

Dark chains wrapped around (y/n)'s wrist. Clouse had summoned his dark magic and manipulated the chains to hold her down. Garmadon's grip on Lloyd's shoulder tightened. "Dad, she's in trouble," he pleaded.

"We're not meant to see this, that's for certain and if you go down their now you not only jeopardize yours and (y/n)'s safety but you jeopardize Zanes," he reasoned.

Lloyd slumped as he realized that there was nothing he could do except watch as Clouse ordered (y/n) to be dragged away, underground. Lloyd felt something within him break. He knew that if (y/n) was in his position she would have jumped into the fray no questions asked but he sat back and watched as she was dragged away.

"Well, well, well, so you did decide to join us Master of Wind," Chen greeted. (y/n) spat in his face, her eyes hardened with a cold anger.

Chen's staff hit her across the face, "I'd take your power right here and now, but I'd rather watch the despair on the Green Ninja's face as I rip it from you," he snapped venomously. "Only one can remain, I will have all the power," he swore.
