The Darkest Hour

"Seal the cave now!" Kai's voice rang out.

"It's stuck!"

"Forget the wheel cut the chain!" Nya yelled, she ran forward with a spear and began to hack at it.

"Out of the way casuals!" (y/n) yelled. Nya pulled the Munce helping her away to allow the invisible blade to cut through the chain.

The door slammed shut. The room shook as Grief Bringer slammed itself against the wall.

"Hopefully we're safe for now," Kai sighed.

"Are you kidding we are not safe, the enemy is among us. You let them into our cave," the former chancellor of the Glecks babbled fearfully.

"What? Where?" Jay asked.

"The Munce," he snarled.

"Are you doing this now?! Come on," Kai huffed as an uproar in the room began.

"Hide your possessions Geckle's! Before the Munce steal it!" He chided. "Like they stole the ivory blade of deliverance!"

"You stole blade! The blade of Milly!" Murtessa roared.

"It's Gilly you glop mouthed-

"Milly is our legend, you legend stealing stealer-of-legends!" Murtessa snarled, she turned to the other Munce in the room, "Munce, look through cave for our blade that Geckle's took from us! Finding it would make being imprisoned worth it!"

Oh, you can leave any time!"

"Oh? There is other way out of this cave?" Murtessa huffed

"Of course not, do you even understand the point of a strong cave?!"

"Geckles! Munce! Hear me! I offer you a chance and one chance only! Send out the ninja and I will spare your lives!" The Skull Sorcerers voice rang out. "I will show you mercy!"

"Wouldn't it be satisfying to crush that damned skull under my heal," (y/n) hissed.

"Never!"

"No way!"

"I am talking Geckle!" Murtessa snapped.

"We both started talking at the same time!" Glunce scoffed. He and Murtessa began to argue.

"Will one of you just respond!" Nya yelled at them.

"Munce will never serve skull sorcerer!" Murtessa roared.

"As much as it pains me to agree with a Munce, neither will the Geckles!" Glunce added.

"So be it," the sorcerer snarled. "Grief Bringer! My Skeleton army, destroy them!"

"(y/n) how do you feel about wiping out their army?" Jay nervously chuckled.

"Gladly would if they didn't get back up," (y/n) grumbled. She had already tried that over the river of lava, whatever damage she had done was mitigated by the skull sorcerers power to revive them.

The room began to shake again as the dragon slammed into the wall. The Munce and Geckles took shelter.

The door began to crack. Screams of terror filled the air. "It's cracking, you said the strong cave could withstand the grid bringer!" Kai yelled at Glunce.

"Well we thought it could, it's never been tested against a resurrected dragon and an army of evil skeletons," Glunce trembled. "Without Gilly, all is lost!"
