Lloyd slowly sat up and stretched, he didn't want to wake her. He laid on his side and just watched as she slept. Soon she stirred yawning and opening her eyes, rubbing the sleep from them. He reached over and cupped her face, his thumb traces her jawline, slowly massaging her cheek.
"Do you want to go for a walk?" He asked.
(y/n) gave him a smile and nodded. They got ready for the day and stepped out of their room. Lloyd caught her hand, lacing his fingers with hers. She smiled at him, giving his hand a squeeze.
They others were already waiting at the doors. "Morning," Lloyd greeted. As they made their way through the gardens.
"This truly is a city of wonders," Wu marvelled. "Look at these gardens, have you seen anything more magnificent?"
"Sure is pretty," Lloyd smiled but he wasn't looking at the gardens, he was looking at (y/n) who smiled in wonder at the beauty around them. It made his heart flutter, if he could keep things this peaceful he would.
"Where's Cole? He's missing all of this!" Jay asked.
"Master Wu! Master Wu!" The princess called out as she sprang up from behind the bushes. "Wait!"
"Princess?" Wu questioned.
"Oh thank the mountain," she sighed in relief, her dress was torn and tattered, dirt was sneered across her face.
"What happened?" Nya asked.
"I went into the dungeons with Cole and we found something terrible!" She warned.
"Dungeons?" Wu questioned.
"There's an underground mine full of these little creatures and they're all chained up and they're being forced to dig by these evil skeletons with whips and Cole stay to rescue them and be told me to come back and get help, we have to tell my father and send the guards, come on!" she rambled.

"I'm very disappointed it is forbidden to enter the mountain, the rule of Law is there for a reason," King Vengelis scolded from atop his throne. "It is unsafe below."
"I'm picking up bad vibes," (y/n) whispered to Lloyd.
"Who?" He asked. She gestured at King Vengelis.
The King stood from his throne, "not only did you endanger yourself, but you have also endangered our guests," he lectured.
"I-I'm sorry father," Vania apologised.
Vengelis turned to the Ninja, "I humbly beg your forgiveness, Master Wu, I will send three brigades of my ablest guards at once," the King apologised, standing in front of his guests. "They will find your friend," he promised.
"We'll go too," Kai offered.
"I cannot allow that, the dungeons are treacherous, we have lived here for centuries and even we do not enter them lightly," he explained. "There are things that dwell below that... should not be disturbed."
"So the creature Cole saw was real?" Nya asked.
"You told me I imagine it!" Vania cried in shock
"I said what I did to protect you, child. One day when you are older you'll understand," Vengelis comforted, laying a hand on Vania's shoulder.
"Now, time is of the essence. I must dispatch my men, I ask you all to remain calm and stay here," Vengelis said as he flew into the sky and left them.
"We can't just stay here Cole is our friend," Kai argued.
