Aspheera and (y/n) stepped out of the elevator, the pod following close behind.
"(y/n)! What are you doing here?!" Lloyd asked as he dashed over to his wife. She glanced over Lloyd, her eyes moving up and down with a raised eyebrow, she then looked over to the others, Black gi's and Lloyd also had Aspheera's staff. Lloyd rubbed the back of his neck, "yeah I have some explaining to do but can it wait for a bit?"
(y/n) sighed and nodded, she had a feeling it would be a long story. Aspheera slithered forward, she took a sip from the tea cup in her hand. "I see you have something of mine Aspheera smirked." Lloyd looked hesitant, (y/n) grabbed his hand assuring him. "Unless you changed your mind about saving your friend?"
"No. We had a deal," Lloyd replied as he gave Aspheera her staff.
"Finally," Aspheera grinned as she cast aside the tea cup and grasped her staff. (y/n) held her breath as the staff was charged up.
But Aspheera turned the staff towards the ninja. "Revenge! Revenge! This is the revenge I deserve!" She shrieked. Everyone took cover except (y/n) who just leaned against the wall, she knew Aspheera just needed to blow off steam.
"(y/n)! Get down!" Lloyd hissed at her.
"Nah, we have a mutual understanding and at the moment I have a threat level of 0," (y/n) shrugged.
"My cunning has been wasted on origami!" She screeched
Alarms began to blare. The security screens switched on and helicopters were landing outside. Lloyd ran at Aspheera and grabbed the staff and a tug of war began.
"You betrayed me... again!" Aspheera snapped at Wu.
"What? No, I swear I didn't," Wu pleaded.
"They're not after you, they're after us," Kai yelled.
"Why are they after you, you said you could get the staff without being spotted?" Wu questioned.
"Well... there were complications," Kai said nervously rubbing the back of his head.
Lloyd glanced over his wife again. His eyes landed on her hands, they were red and swollen, the knuckles grazed, evidence she had been in a fight and since she had no other injuries she won that fight.
"(y/n) what did you do?" Lloyd questioned.
"Well after your complications I was next on their interrogation list," (y/n) huffed, crossing her arms.
"And you complied right?" Lloyd asked. (y/n) didn't meet her eyes, her gaze was everywhere else but her husband.
"And you complied right?" He asked again.
"Define complied," (y/n) smiled nervously.
"(y/n)?" Lloyd asked firmly.
"Fiine. I'll admit, I may or may not have put those skittles rip offs in the hospital," (y/n) admitted. Lloyd smacked his forehead.
"You dolts!" Aspheera snarled at the other ninja, "you lead them back here and now we'll all be arrested," Aspheera hissed.
"It could have been (y/n)," Cole said nervously.
