"Find the seventh," the skull sorcerers order rang across the cave.

"No!" Lloyd cried out as he pulled against his ball in chain. Panic seemed to rise up like the bile in his throat, he felt nauseous, like he was about to throw up. Before he could attack the sorcerer, skeletons held spears at his throat.

"You care about this one," the skull sorcerer noticed, Lloyd shuddered as the evil glare scanned over him, "bring the seventh to me, you can watch your friend die, payment for your little attempt," he spat as he flew back into the temple.

(y/n) scowled as she watched as Lloyd was forced to surrender. Something was limiting her elemental power, if it wasn't for the power of her staff, she wouldn't have been able to summon the invisible blade. She ducked behind the rocks as the sorcerer sharply turned to her direction. She was now starting to regret her decision; she slid down against the rock and laid a hand on her stomach. "How do I go get your dad?" she asked.

She peeked over the rocks again, they were chipping away at rocks, mining. She noticed that there wasn't any obvious rotation in the guards just the workers. They moved from the mines to the food line, to the cages.

The next thing her eyes scanned for was the number of guards, she knew her invisible blade would cut them to pieces. "Let's get closer," (y/n) said to herself as she lunged onto a ledge above the mines. The ledges were precarious and for the first time in her life she was scared of the fall, without her elemental power, she'd crack like an egg. She noticed the others standing around Lloyd to try and comfort him.

"You should have shut your mouth, Kai!" Lloyd snapped, shoving him. Jay and Zane got between the two once they noticed it was going to escalate in a fight.

Kai growled back at Lloyd and looked like he was going to knock some sense into Lloyd, "I said I'm sorry okay!" Kai yelled.

Lloyd growled, "that's not good enough! We're stuck in these whilst a maniac's army is hunting down (y/n)!" he said, frustratedly pulling at the chains. He desperately wanted to rip them off and get (y/n) to safety.

"Lloyd, let's calm down. (y/n) is smart, she's probably found a spot to watch and wait," Nya reasoned, notably worried for Lloyd.

"I am calm!" he took a deep breath when he realized how he was acting. "I'm just scared," he admitted, "I have no idea where she is, she could be fighting the sorcerer on the other side of the cave, she could need me and I'm not there," he yelled as he sank to the ground pulling his hair with his hands, he felt so useless.

"You're not going to lose her again," Nya promised as she sat beside him and laid a hand on his shoulder.

Jay nudged Nya as the cavern was sent into an uproar. Nya gasped, upon one of the higher ledges, (y/n) was backed up against ledge by the skeletons. No one had a clue about how they got up there "(y/n)!" Lloyd screamed as he sprang to his feet, he tried to run but tripped over the ball attached to his chain. Cole pulled him up.

(y/n) spun her staff and the skulls fell from the skeleton bodies. She rapidly scanned for a way out. She jumped, catching the edge of the ledge under her and pulled herself up before spears could turn her into a pin cushion, Lloyd felt like he could almost faint. He heart dropped as they temple came to life and skull sorcerer came out. "Found you," he grinned as he flew towards (y/n). He cast a beam of dark magic at her. (y/n) jumped to side, flailing her arms to keep her balance, to keep her from falling off.

She looked for a way out. The ledge was too high, above her were skeletons, below her were skeletons and in front of her was the skull sorcerer. "No! Leave her alone! (y/n)!" Lloyd screamed.
