Morro scoffed at his niece. She wasn't so perfect after all. Aera had also been silent since the incident, it was understandable as the first female Master of wind lost her powers and titles the exact same way.

Misfortune should be the definition of their house. No Master of wind had ever had an easy life nor a just death, Windsor was ripped to shreds, Aera died wondering aimlessly for her lost power, Akash was murdered, he himself died twice, the first he starved to death and the second he was destroyed by his own niece. Even (y/n) had been tortured to death but she was the lucky one, she got to live again with no strings attached.

Morro sighed, was there a happy ending for a Windsor? The golden fields of the realm of the departed turned black, it was as if he was swept into a black void. There was a dark presence, it surrounded him, it reminded him a lot of his past and the last Master he served.

"What do you want?" He scowled.

"To give you another chance to take your-

"Revenge? Thanks but no thanks," he scoffed as he waved away the black smoke, he knew that if he died a third time, the entire family would kick his ass and if he came back to life, with a body... there would be no mercy from (y/n), powerless or not, she'd rip his head off.

"If you join me I can give you everything you desire," the voice tempted.

Morro rolled his eyes, "take a hint and fuck off. Dyin twice was already embarrassing enough and what I've learned is that bad guys don't live long so you can  take whatever it is your selling and fuck off," he snapped.

The dark presence was suddenly gone, he hissed in annoyance but went back to doing nothing, whatever that was was his niece's problem

"Morro?" Someone called out. He flinched at the harsh tone.

"What do you want now Aera?" Morro grumbled.

She raised an eyebrow at him. "You even think of jumping ships to the side of evil," she pounded her fists together. "You know what's waiting for you."

"Is there a life after this time?" He gulped.

Things in the apartment were quiet without Lloyd. He hadn't called since he went with the others to track down vengestone. (y/n) didn't know what was going on. It was strange, she was used to being in the middle of the action, was this how those that stayed behind felt, always wondering and waiting.

With the twins beginning to walk around and starting to talk it was hectic, a good distraction that took her mind off things. "You know danger used to be a family affair," (y/n) sighed as she bopped Lillium on the nose. "We'd tuck you in the pod and your mum and dad would get to business, all whilst the two of you were in tow," she chuckled to herself, "now that I think about it, maybe it wasn't smart to bring newborns to the battlefield but oh well no one got hurt... anyone important at least."

(y/n) sighed and picked up the twins, the restless feeling was back, the itch to jump into the fight. Maybe checking on Lloyd and the others wouldn't hurt. "Come on let's go check on them," she sighed as she gathered their stuff to leave.

But before (y/n) could leave there was a knock on her door. (y/n) peered through the peeping hole, it was 4 pastel coloured ninja. "Can I help you?" (y/n) asked as she opened the door.

"Is your husband home," the pink ninja asked. Strange ninja, likely armed, Lloyd on a high stakes mission, this wasn't a friendly drop in. She didn't know who they were or what their business was, she didn't like them from the moment she laid eyes on them.

"No," (y/n) answered sternly. She held her head high, she could tell that a few of them were nervous, she could tell by the way their hands seem to shake.
