Billy's alarm clock went off at 7 am and he rips the plug out before throwing the clock against the wall, shattering it into pieces and waking up his roomate

"Shit, did I wake you up?" Billy's eyes widened

"Really? This is the third clock you've broken this week." Jazz whined

"Relax, I can get another one." Billy ran his fingers through his messy bed hair

"You're lucky I love you." Jazz laughed

"Now you made it weird, I'm going back to sleep." Billy threw the covers over his head

"Come on, get up! I'm hungry." Jazz jumped on his bed

"I liked it better when you had a head cold and didn't talk as much." Billy complained

Jazz ripped the covers off and climbed on top of him, gently slapping his face until he got irritated with his childish games

"You know I'm going to keep bothering you." Jazz lied down on his chest

"If I grab you some pancakes, will you leave me alone for the rest of the day?" Billy questioned

"Depends, they have to lather them up with butter and syrup." Jazz smiled

"Jazz, have you forgotten that you're a diabetic? Eating all that sugar will make your pressure go up." Billy argued

"Well, I need to eat something. Grab me an orange juice while we're down there. In case my sugar goes down and I go into shock, I need something to bring it up." Jazz shook him

"I hate when you say that. Last time you went into shock, you didn't wake up for a while. While your heart was slowing down, mine was pacing. I've never been that scared before and I don't want to feel that way again." Billy's eyes watered

"Billy, you have to know that I won't leave you. I've been dealing with this since I was 11 years old and through it all, you've been there to help me. I won't leave you, I promise." Jazz caressed his cheek

"You're being weird again." Billy joked

"Yeah, but you love this weirdo anyway." Jazz hugged him

"Yeah, I do." Billy tightened his hold around his waist

Meanwhile, Jake was in the cafeteria gulping down his waffles when he felt the table shake, startling him and making him drop his breakfast

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." Devon sat beside him

"You left me this morning!" Jake shoved him

"You were snoring, you only do that when you're really tired. I just wanted to let you sleep, so I got a headstart on breakfast." Devon answered

"You're so sweet." Jake kissed his cheek

"Get a room." Lexy squinted

"Screw you, Lexy." Jake harshly replied

"Sorry Jake, you're not my type." Lexy winked

"Ew, like I would ever date you of all people." Jake gagged

"Okay, harsh!" Lexy gasped

"The truth hurts, get used to it."  Jake flicked his empty milk carton at her

Nadine approached the table, turning Lexy's frown into a smile once they locked eyes

"Take a seat, raggedy Ann." Lexy moved her bookbag to another seat

"Thank you, Cinderella." Nadine kissed her forehead, watching her cheeks turn bright red

"Aw, our baby's first gay panic." Jake pouted
