The next morning, Tori woke up to the sound of a shrilling voice. Sitting up in the bed, she rubs the sleep from her eyes and tries to make out the vision standing before her. There stood Lexy, flashing her a smile while putting her hair up in a bun

"Someone's looking radiant this morning." Tori croaked

"Good morning to you, too." Lexy chuckled

"What day is it?" Tori asks, clearly still groggy from the night before

"Tuesday." Lexy answered

"Wake me up when it's Friday." Tori grumbled, throwing herself down on the pillow

"I would, but we have class. Also, Simon's been standing outside for about 20 minutes. He's been asking about you.. a lot." Lexy nudged her

"Wait, back up! Simon's here?!" Tori squealed

"Yeah. I told him that you were asleep, but he insisted on staying. He's so cute, I couldn't turn him down." Lexy shrugged

"Oh my gosh, my life is over." Tori whined

Tori was too busy hiding underneath the covers to focus on Lexy, who was quietly giggling to herself before wrestling the covers off her head

"Tori, I don't understand why you're so anxious to see him. You two hit it off pretty well. What's the problem?" Lexy asks

"I'm not used to guys liking me in that way." Tori says

"Well, it's time to break out of your comfort zone." Lexy says

"I don't like the sound of that." Tori groaned

"Listen, I know for a fact Simon likes you. I mean, he doesn't have meaningful conversations with anyone else in the group. No one makes him laugh like you do, no one makes him blush harder than you do. The point is, give him a chance. Who knows? Your friendship might blossom into something beautiful. That's if you let it." Lexy advised

"Alright, fine." Tori sighed

Giving her a reassuring smile, Lexy hopped up from the bed before opening the door, peeking her head out to mumble something before moving aside to let Simon in. Muttering a thank you, Lexy nods her head before grabbing her stuff, winking at Tori before closing the door on her way out. Letting out a squeak, Tori snuck a quick glance at Simon before pulling the covers over her head, embarrassed to be seen in this forsaken way

"Hey, love." Simon laughed

"Go away! I don't want you to see me like this. I look gross and I smell like Fritos." Tori grumbled

"Tori, I don't care how you look. To me, it's not just about what's on the outside, it's about what's on the inside. I care more about a girl's personality than her looks. Trust me, you won't scare me away." Simon says

"Really?" Tori whispered

"Yes, really." Simon says

Taking a deep breath, Tori slowly removed the covers off her head, quickly scanning the room before locking eyes with Simon, who let out the cutest little giggle before waving at her

"What are you doing here?" Tori asks

"I saw you running out of the confession booth yesterday. It looked like you had been crying. I wanted to follow you, comfort you. I didn't want to invade your personal space, so I kept my distance." Simon explains

"It's hard to explain, Simon. If I told you, you would look at me like I was crazy." Tori hung her head

"I doubt it." Simon sat beside her
