- You know she wouldn't have come if I'm not here - Ranpo said cockily and laid back on the backseat.
- Tsk , whatever- Chuuya gave him a look , then he turned to me - I will be picking you up every day from now .
- Yaaaay - Ranpo butted in .
- Why ? - I asked the redhead .
- That's when we both have time - And with that he placed his hand on my knee , leaving his left hand on the steering wheel.
The drive was literally about ten minutes , the agency office wasn't too far from the dorms .
Ranpo got out first .
- I go order inside okay ? - I yelled without even looking back.
- Wait for - I started , but he was gone already.
Chuuya walked over to my side and opened the door for me . Once I stepped out , he softly grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to kiss my cheek .
- Thankyoufortheride - I blushed and pushed him away to go after Ranpo . However he didn't just let me go off so easy .
- I will wait here after your done with work. - He said , having a firmer grip on me .
- That's not necessary- I tried to avoid looking at him .
- Do I bother ? - He placed his pointer finger under my chin and forced me to face him .
- No ! - ooooppps i shouted by accident. - I mean , no , but I don't ... you ... you don't need to drive me anywhere.
- But I have the time now , if I personally can't drive I will send a driver , it's not like I do this every day .
- Send a ? No , Chuuya .
- Not another word - he whispered close to my lips , and brushed over them with his . Before I could react he already sat back on the drivers seat .
- You should go check on your friend - he said - I see you later .
And he drove off
While Chuuya acts so confident, I saw he was more flustered than me . His hair and face match up each time . I really gotta ask him why is he like this , if he himself find it hard .
I shook my head and went inside Cafe Uzumaki .
Ranpo was sitting with some fresh patisserie and a hot chocolate in front of him , a coffee across him . I sat down and took the coffee . Black , no sugar . Just how I like it .
- Thank you darling - I smiled at him .
- Hmhmuhmh - he replied with his mouth full .
- I'm sorry about earlier , I wasn't expecting Chuuya to be there .
The green eyed boy swallowed and smiled again .
- Nah I don't mind . He seems to be putting in some effort . Which makes me happy , I think from the two he is the lesser evil .
- Ugh , Ranpo , my love , can we just not ? I can't have this conversation again .
- Ohh so last night with the girls , you couldn't reach a conclusion?
- How do you ... ugh never mind . No , I haven't . And quite frankly i wont be choosing anyone today .
-Yeah , I wasn't saying you gotta do it now .
- Good , also , why do I need to choose from those two ? Maybe I meet someone else , and I choose that person .
- Adding a third into the competition? - He opened his green eyes and smiled softly .
- No , and there is no competition. And can we change subject ?
- Ohh , too bad - He looked down again and continued to stuff his face .

The rest of the day at the office went by quickly , Dazai was dealing with Kyouka's matters , Ranpo and Akiko went out , apparently they found some key documents that could help us in this war against the Guild .
I haven't seen either of them before I headed home .
Chuuya was waiting in front of the building, just as he said he would .
- How was your day ? - He asked , giving a kiss on my cheek and opening the door for me .
- Yeah , busy - I replied after he drove off .
- I heard Dazai is striking a deal with Doc Glasses for Kyouka .
- who is Doc Glasses ?
- Sakaguchi Ango , it's best you ask Dazai about him.  I don't like him at all , he is one of the mackerel's friends .
- Oh he has friends ? Never knew - i laughed , trying to change subject .
- Hm - he mumbled- Y/N , are you busy the day after tomorrow? In the evening I mean ?
- Im free , why ?
- Good , you remember the restaurant I told you about when I first took you out ? I wanna take you there , on a proper date .
- Ohhh , but you have already done so much .
- It's nothing , I told you , i want to treat you right .
- But , I haven't even given you an answer yet .
We just arrived in front of the dorms . He parked the car before answering.
- I told you - he turned to me and cupped my cheek with one hand - I don't need an answer . I love you .
My face turned bright red , and I couldn't say a word . Chuuya took this opportunity, and placed his lips on mine . I closed my eyes and let him kiss me , I felt him parting his lips , I did the same , his tongue slid in my mouth , battling mine . I placed my hands on his shoulders , letting him basically devour me . Unfortunately, that's all that he did .
- You should go - he pushed me away softly , slightly panting .
- Uhm - I was out of breath as well .
He got out and opened the door for me and I stepped out of the car .Looking at him , he was just as , even more , flustered as I am .
- I go in , I see you - I avoided his gaze .
Chuuya grabbed my arm and pulled me close to him , enough to whisper in my ear .
- I won't hold back next time - and he let me go .
Without looking back , I practically ran upstairs to the studio. My heart was pounding so hard , like it's trying to jump out of my chest . Why do I feel this every time around the executive?
I shook my head to get these thoughts out of my head , and got on with my afternoon.
