Muji POV
"Alright Muji, get back asap alright? Here's some money to use for food and shelter for you guys to rest at the capital."
"Yes mam, thanks."
"Muji! Take me with you!"
"You'll be too slow weakling."
"Shut up Jax I wasn't talking to you!!"
I currently stood on the outside of Boken, standing with Lapis and Jax. We were about to head off to the capital to get supplies per Ms Shinmon's request, and she in question was seeing us off alongside Mya and Sky.
"B-Be safe you three..."
Jax smirked.
"It'll be fine since I'm going."
Lapis yawned and grabbed Jax by shirt and began to pull him.
"Let's go."
"Alright I'm coming damn."
I sighed and turned back to the group.
"I'll be back soon."
I turned around and went to walk when I heard Mya call for me.
"Ye-
I felt something soft touch my cheek as Mya looked away blushing a bit.
"Don't get into trouble."
I blushed a bit as well before nodding and running off, my heart beating super fast. After catching up with Jax and Lapis, we all began to run.
"Man we're on a guys journey! The three strongest trainees together, we could probably beat the King!"
Lapis rolled his eyes a bit.
"That's why you were captured the first time."
"Shut up emo."
"Gentlemen, no fighting, please."
After making it out of Boken's incredibly large forest, I could see grass plains ahead of us. I came to a stop, Lapis landing next to me. Jax, being the idiot he is, didn't notice we had stopped until he was far away.
"Do you think he noticed now?"
"He's heading back as we speak."
Jax landed in front of us, scratching his head.
"So, you guys weren't going to tell me we were stopping?"
Lapis pointed at me.
"Should've followed the leader."
Jax raised an eyebrow.
"And why is he leader? I want to be leader too."
"Muji is the leader because Ms Shinmon said so."
"I can't argue with that."
Jax turned to me.
"So what's the plan Mr Leader?"
I hummed.
"Ms Shinmon said that the Capital is Northwest once you first get out of Boken's forest. So we should head that way until we see something."
Jax nodded and turned on his aura, dashing off Northeast. Lapis sighed and jumped after him.
"That's Northeast genius."
"Shit."
The two turned around and jumped Northwest as I began to follow them. We ran for about 15 hours straight before finally resting near a lake.
"Hey, should we train while we head for the capital. In between breaks of course."
I hummed.
"That sounds like a good idea, but how will we do it?"
Jax smirked.
"Simple! We take turns punching each other like Ms Shinmon did back at Boken. Whoever caves in first loses! We can also train our mana afterwards."
Lapis yawned and turned around.
"No thanks."
"Coward."
Lapis sat up.
"Who?"
"You."
The two glared at each other as I let out a sigh.
"Jax I understand, but Lapis too? Why do I have to constantly deal with this. Alright then let's start."
Jax stood up proudly, his arms at his side as he braced to be hit.
"I'll go first."
Lapis stood up and charged a fist full of aura before punching him in the stomach, Jax standing there with struggling to hold himself.
"B-Bastard I wasn't even ready..."
Lapis rolled his eyes.
"Like I give a damn."
Lapis turned to me.
"Your turn."
Lapis stood with his arms at his side as I walked over and punched his stomach, knocking the wind out of him.
Jax looked at me with a smirk.
"My turn."
I went to brace myself before feeling a punch hit my stomach.
"Mother fuc- that hurt..."
Jax laughed as I struggled to stand after being hit.
"Serves you rig-
Lapis punched Jax once again as Jax growled and punched back. The two began to fight a bit as I walked over and punched the both of them.
"Stop fighting."
The two both looked at me before Lapis sighed and laid back down. Jax just growled and sat down as I did the same.
"It's going to be a long way to the capital..."
Timeskip
Me and the boys had been running together for about 4 days, training when we could and continuing to head to the capital.
Eventually we could see a large city, hidden behind very large gates. I recognized it as the capital of the Juls Kingdom.
"Muji, we're almost at the capital."
"I have eyes Jax, thanks."
Lapis snorted a bit as Jax just ignored me. As we landed at the main capital gates, I looked to Lapis, who handed me the paper Ms Shimon wrote us to get in.
We walked to the guards blocking the gates, I could tell by looking at them that they were strong.
Stronger than me anyway.
"State your business here."
I handed them the letter.
"We're here from Boken on behalf of Ms Alana Shinmon to get food and supplies."
The guard read my letter before humming.
"Alright, we'll let you through the gate."
The guards stepped aside as the gate opened, letting us walk through. I had been to the capital before but that was awhile ago, I forgot how big and bright everything was.
Especially since it's so dark and gloomy at Boken.
"So Muji! What's the first stop?"
I hummed and looked at the map.
"Let's go rest at an inn first and get an actual meal. Eating another one those ration bars is going to make me throw up."
Lapis yawned.
"I want to sleep on a bed."
"Then let's go!"
Lapis, Jax, and I, headed into the capital, looking for an inn that we could finally rest at.
