Mya POV
Jax, Sky and I currently walked through the very large forest that surrounded Boken. We were debating on heading up to the mountains or not.
About five hours had passed since I was caught, and there was only two hours left in the game.
We had found and managed to attack Mari, Vas, Mateo, Fei, Ray, Xander, Lacas, Zeke, and Shanna.
The only people left were Adjest, Iris, Lapis, Chris, Muji, and of course, Ms Shinmon.
The others had broken off into their own little groups to search, saying it would be faster that way.
"We need to find Adjest and Iris. If they find out I got eliminated and they didn't, Adjest will never leave me alone."
I laughed at him.
"Oh yeah? What makes you so sure they're together?"
"Iris is usually always with her. We have a much better chance at finding them then anyone else anyway."
I hummed.
"You might be right. What do you think Sky?"
Sky flinched and looked over to us.
"I-I think the same..."
She turned back and continued to walk, causing me to let out a sigh. I remember seeing her with Muji the other day, she seemed nice but for some reason she didn't want to talk to us.
"Maybe it's because of Jax."
Jax let out a sneeze, slamming his fist into a tree and knocking it over. Sky flinched at the loud thud and continued to walk as I sighed.
"It's definitely his fault."
I walked up to her as I tapped her shoulder.
"You alright?"
"Y-Yes...I just get nervous around people I don't know."
I hummed.
"Well what about Muji?"
She let out a small smile.
"Muji is my friend..."
I gasped.
"First Adjest and Iris, then Shanna, then Mari, and now Sky too?! Is Muji some sort of playboy aristocrat?!"
"He's strong but isn't mean or violent...and he's a great leader too. I-I want to be like him."
I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Karin, your brother might find a wife out here. I agree that Muji is cool and all, but you make him sound like a god."
She blushed crimson.
"N-No! I-It's just, I really respect him. He's a commoner like us, but none of the nobles look down on him."
Jax nodded.
"Exactly! Unlike me, Muji can't just beat up everyone here, but no one here looks down on him. It isn't just because he's strong, but-
"Jax, no one asked. When did you get here anyway?"
Jax laughed.
"I was listening this whole time. The Chosen Criminal is always listening."
"That again? No one cares that you got locked up."
Sky suddenly looked in a certain direction, and we all knew what it meant. Jax dashed off in that direction as Sky grabbed my arm and flew as well.
