Pre Exam: Part 9

Mya POV

I wish I had aura so much.

Those guys are out there fighting in a two on three battle and I can't do anything because I don't have any aura.

"I could maybe get the mage, but I'm not confident I'm stronger than he is."

But then again...I couldn't just do nothing.

I had a spear for a reason.

I snuck around the battle, using the trees to hide myself, and got behind them. The mage was standing there wide open, and he didn't even have a weapon.

"Alright, here I go!"

I rushed out with my spear in hand as I snuck up behind the mage and hit him in the back with the end of my spear. I spun my spear around and bashed him upside the head, causing him to hit the ground.

"M-Muji! I took care of the mage!"

Muji pushed the guy he was fighting back before kicking him and sending him flying into a tree.

"M-Mya? Good job! Make sure you knock him-

Muji was cut off when that Knight guy came back around and attacked him, causing him to duck and flip back. The knight rushed him again and swung his sword as Muji blocked it.

I turned around to see the mage was up.

"Crap!"

I quickly dodged an attack from him and held my spear close, looking around for him.

"Where is he? I'm not as sensitive to mana as Muji or Jax..."

I sensed more mana as I dodged it again and began to run around looking for him.

Someone flew past me and hit the tree to my right, causing me to scream and jump a bit.

"Coming through missy!"

Jax landed next to me and rushed back in at the other guy, holding his giant axe in hand.

I still wondered how he could even lift that thing, let alone swing it the way he does.

"Mya watch out!"

Muji was suddenly in front of me and swung his blade, unknowingly to me, blocking an attack from the Knight.

"And you were the one talking about dirty tactics. Where's your honor now?"

"To defeat evil one must commit evil."

Muji pushed me out of the way and kicked the Knight before chasing after him. I just grabbed my spear and began to run, looking for the mage again.

I sensed mana being built behind a nearby tree, causing me to smirk.

"Found you!"

I rushed over and found the mage, he seemed to have no combat experience since the punch he threw was horrible. I easily dodged it and punched him before kneeing him in the stomach.

I pressed my spear against his neck, keeping him still.

"Don't move."

Muji POV

"You know, you're beginning to be a pain."

Ray and I were currently both breathing heavily. Even with the speed advantage I couldn't completely take him down.

This guy was annoying.

"Silence you deviant."

"You're really pissing me off."
