Lapis POV

"Looks like all the super weak ones are gone."

I stood up and stretched, grabbing my scythe as well. I turned to Muji who just began to walk, Mya and I following him.

"Alright guys, now we have to actively go and look for teams since there isn't one at every corner anymore. Right now we have about 30 points, which means we've taken out 10 teams out of the four hundred that we started with."

Mya sighed.

"Which means we probably won't have enough points to advance by process of elimination."

Muji nodded and stopped as he reached a cliff on the canyon.

"That mean we have to make sure we eliminate other teams to make top 20 by default."

I yawned once again.

"Ok so now we know the plan. Let's go find some people."

I began to see sound waves, signaling people were already on the way. Muji just turned and laughed, getting into a battle stance.

"Looks like they found us. There's six of them, get ready Mya."

"H-Huh?? Ok."

Mya quickly drew her spear while I dashed in and attacked the first one I seen, to my surprise we clashed. His teammate went to attack me with his sword, but it was stopped by Mya, she blocked it with her spear.

Muji then appeared and punched the swordsman in the face, sending him back a bit. Mya then went to attack the person I was clashing with, but dodged back and avoided an arrow.

I seen a sound wave as I quickly ducked, avoiding a large flying metal star looking thing. I looked up and seen another person with an axe, ready to slam it down and attack me.

"What are you doing Lapis? Get your head in the game."

Muji jumped and kicked the axe wielder into the ground, landing next to me and punching the swordsman I was clashing with.

"My bad. I guess Im still a little tired."

"Some help would be nice guys!!"

Mya was dodging two swordsman and blocking when she could, so Muji dashed over to help him. The archer tried to hit him but I dashed over and cut the arrow with ease.

The axeman began to run towards me as I snapped and popped his eardrum, causing him to lose balance. I dashed over and punched him into the ground, putting a crater beneath him.

I took his medal and crushed it before narrowly dodging an attack from an assassin. He had been waiting in hiding this whole time.

I grabbed the assassin and threw him, to which Mya followed up by hitting him in the back with the blunt end of her spear and slamming her leg into his side.

I seen another sword wave as I flipped back and dodged a sword slash from one of the swordsman. I quickly kicked him in the chin before slamming him into the ground and grabbing his medal.

I looked over and seen Muji grabbing the medal of the other swordsmen and Mya grabbing the medal of the assassin.

The bowmen then began to run, he was pretty fast.

"Lapis go get him, Mya, come with me to take out their mage."

We split up as Muji instructed as I chased after the bowmen. The sound waves in the air informed me of upcoming traps, so I easily dodged them all in response.

I breathed in and whistled silently, the bowmen suddenly dropping and holding his hands to his head while letting out terrifying screams.

"I don't really like using my spells but sometimes it's unavoidable."
