In Hospital
After treating her wound, Doctors shifter Nehu into a VVIP private ward, fully surrounded by Sameer's own security team to avoid any media person's. He prefers to stay low profile but since he declared his identity in hospital, he was worried more now that sooner or later media will get the news and will disturb their privacy.
In ward, whole time he sits close to her bed holding her little soft hand and Naina on other side of the bed. Swati stays with them checking on her time and again feeling relaxed as nothing was serious but still, Nehu was unconscious and taking longer time to awake, making her parents more anxious. Even if Swati was calm and composed from outside, seeing Nehu in this condition makes her sad, who is so close to her. She was always taking care of her like her own child since her birth.
On contrary, if Naina and Swati were worried for her to awake, they were not able to figure out the turmoil going through inside him. He was way much worried and quiet now and didn't utter even a single word for so long, looks very unusual of his temperament.
Swati keeping her hand on his shoulder makes him jerked, "Sameer, she is fine and let me treat your wound also..." she said pointing towards his shoulder where he got hurt earlier but didn't bother to get treated. Nothing matters to him in front of his lifeline.
Sameer shook his head, "no, it's okay... it will be fine soon... bas Angel jaldi se theek ho jaaye..." his eyes were brimmed with tears ready to spill at any moment.
Swati replied sternly, "no ways... aapko infection ho sakta hai aur agar aapko Angel ke paas rehna hai toh you better let me treat your wound properly... otherwise mein aapko iss room mein nahin rehne dungi... aap chahte ho Nehu theek hone ki jagah aur bimaar ho jaaye..." she threatened him, suppressing her smile knowing how much her words will impact him.
Sameer shook his head instantly when Naina also came to him, "please Sameer... Nehu ki khaatir..." she said knowing very well how much extent he can go to stay close to his Angel.
Sameer nodded his head slowly and let Swati treat his wound and get dressed. Whole time his eyes glued on Angel, without making any noise, even if his wound was paining like hell. Soon his driver passed a fresh set of cloth for him as while carrying Angel in his arms, his clothes were all soaked in her blood.
Seeing Sameer going inside to change, Swati said, "Naina, tu Sameer se baat kar... OT mein itna halla macha rahe the aur ab dekh kaise ek dum chup chaap se baithe hai... hum sabko Nehu ki chinta hai lekin voh theek hai ab aur jaldi hi hosh bhi aa jayega... mein ek patient ko dekhne ja rahi hoon and I hope mere aane tak Nehu bhi hosh mein aa jaayegi..."
Naina nodded her head slowly, "I know lekin pata nahin Sameer itna chup kyun hai... jab se Nehu ko chot lagi hai inhone ek boond paani bhi nahin piya aur bas ek tak usey dekhe jaa rahe hai... aise toh kahin Sameer hi bimaar na padh jaaye... vaise bhi unhein hospital mein rehna bilkul pasand nahin lekin yeh sab..." she was feeling helpless as how to handle both her lifelines.
One is injured and other one seems to be much more distressed than required. Sameer earlier was always an overbearing, confident and ruthless businessman, who never cares about anyone except his loved ones, but now he has completely changed into a caring, soft-hearted, loving father and can't see his little one even in slight pain at all.
Sameer's eyes didn't avert for a second from her cute angelic face, missing her non-stop chatter. Naina stands beside him keeping her hand on his shoulder, "Sameer, please aap thodi der rest kar lijiye, tab tak mein iske paas baithati hoon... aur Swati ne kaha hai na ki she is fine... aapko chinta karne ki koi jarurat nahin, lekin aise toh aap bhi bimaar padh jayenge... please don't stress yourself so much..."
