On Saturday morning Kara woke up to Lena curled up in her arms. She lay there watching Lena sleep as she gently rubbed her back. It was mornings like this that Kara loved most of all, mornings where they didn't have to get up and rush around to get to class or to practice for Kara. They could just lay in bed and cuddle for a while before spending the rest of their day together. Slowly Lena's eyes fluttered open to the sensation of Kara's light touches on her bare back. "Morning beautiful." Lena whispered her voice full of sleep mixed with love and adoration for her fiancé. "Morning sweetheart...sleep well?" Kara asked softly. "Yea I did." Lena replied sleepily. "Let's lay here for a little while longer." Kara said. "I like that idea." Lena whispered as she lay her head on Kara's collar nuzzling into the blondes neck. "This is nice." Kara whispered as Lena peppered kisses along the curve of Kara's neck.

After laying in bed for a couple hours the lovers headed downstairs for breakfast still in their pajamas. On the dining room table sat a buffet of breakfast foods and two very large cups of steaming hot coffee. "Rao! I'm never gonna get used to this!" Kara gasped knowing she should be used to it by now, although every morning she had the same reaction to the buffets of food awaiting her and Lena.

After eating their fill of the delicious food they headed back upstairs to shower and get ready for their day. Wrapped in towels Kara and Lena stood side by side each other at the sink brushing their teeth and hair. "What do you want to do today?" Lena asked. Kara mumbled something, her toothbrush still inside her mouth as she spoke. "Huh?" Lena asked trying not to laugh. Kara spits into the running water and rinses her mouth out before speaking. "I said how about we invite Alex and Andrea over and we spend the day together." Kara said. "Yes! That sounds like a wonderful idea." Lena replied.
