Alex and Lena sat in the stands as they watched Kara and Andrea run down the soccer field. "GOOOO KARA!" Lena yelled. "GOOOO ANDREA!" Alex yelled. The ball was on the opponents side and Kara and Andrea were working together to get the ball back. Kara kicked the ball from the opponent and booted it to Andrea who took it back up field, passing the ball between the team until they made it to the goal, that's when Andrea scored the goal. "YASSSS! THAT'S MY FIANCÉ!" Alex yelled. Lena was snapping photos of the game on her camera. "Getting good shots?" Alex asked. "Yea! I got some good ones of Andrea scoring the goal." Lena replied. "Oh good. I want a copy." Alex said.
At half time the teams huddled up together to talk to their coaches. As soon as the game resumed everyone was back to challenging each other for the ball. Kara ran down the field with Andrea and the rest of the team working together to pass the ball between them and successfully keeping the ball from the opponents. "Pass!" Andrea yelled to Kara who nodded and passed the ball to Andrea who took the ball further down the field until she passed it to another teammate who made another goal. "We're up by seven points." Lena said smiling.
A few hours later Kara had the ball in her possession and was running full steam ahead and just before the whistle was blown she scored the winning goal! "COLUMBIA WINS!" The announcer yelled. The team ran to the middle of the field and joined in a large group hug. They won their second game of the season, already on a two-zero winning streak. After the celebrating ended and high fives were shared with the opposing team Andrea and Kara grabbed their things and made their way to Lena and Alex.
