1. Remove the bad energy from your life and don't let it come back with glue, you cut it out for a reason.

2. Life is short. I meant that not in terms of you, but for everyone around you. You never know how long you have with someone, make the most of it.

3. If your mom gets a red flag from one of your friends the moment she meets them, trust her. The friend will leave and you'll wonder what you did until you realize it was a toxic relationship anyway.

4. Forgive, move on. 

5. Your body is your body. Not anyone else's. Do with it as you please.

6. If you want to say no, just say no.

7. Do not drive and cry. Pull over, call your mom and let her know you'll be late. It's better than getting in an accident.

8. School will break you down more and more, it's okay to go to the bathroom to calm down during class.

9. Crying can help a lot, scream and yell and punch pillows until you can't anymore. After that, go to sleep, you'll feel better in the morning.

10. Make sure you're not poisoning yourself while you try to find antidotes for others.
