Here's to the kids that sit in their rooms, wishing that they had a reason to be sad. Here's to those that still can't get over their lover, even though it's been six months and they moved on in a week. Here's to the kids that cry themselves to sleep, because of something that happened or because of their thoughts. Here's to the kids that need a mental health day but are too scared to miss class. Here's to the kids that can't go to Prom because crowds make them too nervous. Here's to those that wear long sleeves in 100 degrees Fahrenheit temperatures so people don't stare. Here's to the kids who deal with people talking about them with heads held high, and also to those who look down in fear. Here's to those that struggle to eat enough, or struggle to not eat so much. Here's to those who are afraid to leave their houses, and those afraid to be in them. Here's to those that only have online friends. Here's to those who never take out their headphones, because music keeps them sane. Here's to those no longer with us, whether it be from an accident, or because they couldn't fucking take it anymore. But above all, here's to you. You're alive. You're breathing. You're still here and I am so proud of you. You can do this. I believe in you.
