On the first day after you left, I cried the whole day. A friend bought me six white roses, my mother passed me the white sugar while she put them in a vase and I later shared a bar of white chocolate with my sister.
On the fourth day, the sky was black the whole day. I wore a black round floppy hat, an all black outfit and black under eye circles.
On the tenth day, I wore red lipstick the whole day. I wrote a poem about the color red and painted my nails red in the evening. I peeled the polish off the next morning and my cuticles began to bleed.
On the twelfth day, I wore a blue dress the whole day. The sky was entirely blue, I walked by the blue river where I walked with you and I was blue the entire way through.
On the twenty-third day, I drank a cup green tea in the morning. I then sat in green grass and ate green crab apples.
On the fifty-second day, I bought a golden ring. I stood in the golden sun and a golden haired boy snapped a photo of me and told me I had a golden smile.
On the ninety-third day, it snowed the whole day. I wore a white shirt and a white haired woman cut off nine inches of my hair. I walked through the white snow in black boots with a black sky.
