"Of course," (f/n) mumbled, looking at the notebook left on her desk. It had Hinata's name sprawled on it in his messy handwriting and a cute drawing of he and his sister doodled in the bottom corner by the young girl. (f/n) knew that if she didn't give it back to him tonight he wouldn't be able to do his homework, which would get Hinata in far too much trouble.

So, with a sigh she picked it up along with the rest of her things and exited the classroom, walking down the hallways she vaguely remembered led to the boy's volleyball gym. While she walked, she cursed herself. How the hell had she gotten roped into tutoring Hinata in her spare time? Yeah, she'd known him since middle school, but that doesn't mean she had to help him with what he was having problems with.

She tried to tell herself it was because she was a good friend. And, although that was mostly true, she decided that she also wanted Hinata to get good grades so he could waste his time on volleyball instead of annoying her.

When she made it to the gym she didn't bother knocking, knowing that they probably wouldn't even notice a knock over the noise of them practicing. Upon entering the gym she was met with what she expected; sweaty boys running around, chasing the ball in the air. She moved her eyes from the game to a girl she'd recognized immediately, a small smile crossing her face.

"Yachi," she said, and her classmate turned to see her and deadpanned.

"(f-f/n)?" she asked in a confused voice, walking towards the girl that wasn't supposed to be in the gym.

She showed Yachi the notebook in her hands in a sort of explanation, and Yachi read the name, realized what she was here for and then turned towards the practice game. Hinata wasn't in the three on three game right now, so it was easy for (f/n) and Yachi to get his attention and call him over.

"You left this on my desk," (f/n) said to him, handing him the notebook. Once he'd told her it was pink, and then spent half an hour trying to explain how the color pink looked, but it didn't work - it was impossible to explain color to somebody who still wasn't graced with the ability to experience it.

Hinata looked a little embarrassed at the fact that he'd left it behind, but thanked the girl anyways, a smile on his face. Before she could get out a response there was a force hitting her head, causing her to bend towards Hinata.

"Oww," she said quietly, hand reaching up to meet the back of her head. The pain was only momentary, but Hinata was flipping out anyways. Jumping up and down, touching her head carefully with his fingers, yelling 'are you okay?' over and over again. "I'm fine, please shut up," she said, pushing down on Hinata's shoulders to keep him stationed on the ground.

"I'm so sorry!" A voice called from behind her.

She turned around to tell the person it was fine, that the ball didn't hit her too hard, but she stopped when she saw who it was. She'd seen him before, walking through the hallways and talking with Yachi about work. Yamaguchi, she thought his name was, but she couldn't be too sure. She'd only heard him say a few words before, but his voice now was loud and high in pitch, causing everyone in the gym to cringe a little.

"It's okay, it didn't hurt much at all - it was more of a surprise really," she said, hoping to reassure the boy. He was making his way towards her quickly, his hands shaking and his steps nervous.

Immediately upon making his way to (f/n) he placed a hand on her shoulder to make sure she was okay, and that was when the real commotion started.
