"Daichi, I'm home." (f/n) said to the house, hoping to receive a reply. She did in the form of a grunt, which caused a small smile to grow on her face.

She spent some time hanging up her purse and coat and then slid on the slippers that belonged to her. She walked out of the entryway and then stepped into the living room, met with a rare sight.

Daichi was almost never home before (f/n), and he was also almost never napping on the couch in their living room. The couch was far too small for him to sleep on, his limbs hanging off of the sides in an uncomfortable fashion, and he'd much rather just go and nap in he and (f/n)'s bed. He usually didn't have to worry about napping anyway though, because he never had any time to nap.

This was a rare day for him, but that made (f/n) happy; Daichi deserved some rest. "You look comfy," she commented, walking to stand beside the couch Daichi was lying on. He smiled up at her, arms reaching out to wrap around her thighs.

"How was your day?" he asked quietly.

"It was good - very long and tiring, but it was good nonetheless." Daichi hummed in response and pulled her down to lie on top of him, which caused the girl to giggle. Once she was happy lying on top of him she asked him how his day was.

"It was the most relaxing day I've had in a long time," he replied, his arms snugly wrapped around (f/n)'s body. "I only had one class, and today was early morning practice, so I just woke up from a three hour nap."

(f/n) snuggled into Daichi's neck and sighed. "I wanna take a three hour nap."

"Why don't you change first before a nap? And maybe have something to eat?"

(f/n) hummed an agreement, but she showed no signs of getting up. She instead wormed her way closer to Daichi and shut her eyes, ready to let the sleep over take her. They spent three minutes like that and (f/n) was almost asleep before her body was shifting and she was being lifted up bridal style. She went to protest against the movements, but she instead just allowed her boyfriend to carry her to their room and toss her onto the bed.

"How about you take a shower and change into pajamas while I make us a small dinner?" (f/n) sat up on the bed and nodded an agreement.

"Come here first," (f/n) mumbled, and Daichi stopped rummaging around for something for (f/n) to wear and walked towards the bed. She pulled Daichi down by his shirt so she could kiss him, and he brought his large hands up to hold both of her cheeks. He pulled away a minute later to smile at her tiredly.

"Go shower, please. It will be relaxing."

(f/n) nodded in agreement, a small smile settling on her face. After one more chaste kiss the girl walked into their bathroom and Daichi made his way to the kitchen.

After the most relaxing shower of her life, complete with relaxing songs and her favorite shampoo, (f/n) put on a pair of underwear, socks, and one of Daichi's large shirts. She then sleepily walked into the kitchen, fighting to keep her eyes open. Daichi smiled at her when she walked into the small kitchen and then set a plate of food in front of her.

They ate over small talk, the kind of thing (f/n) was glad they could do after six years of dating. They could still just comfortably talk about the simplest of things whenever they needed; it seemed like they spent most nights talking about their days and their dreams and their ambitions, and (f/n) couldn't ask for anything more.

"I can walk you know," (f/n) said to Daichi when he picked her up after their dinner. Daichi shook his head at her while carrying her to their room again - he made it seem like the easiest damn thing in the world, tossing her onto the bed again with ease.

"You were almost falling down from being tired after your shower. Plus, I didn't do a lot today, carrying you around makes me feel like I'm doing something."

(f/n) rolled her eyes but nodded anyways. "How about you do something more and come cuddle with me in this bed?" Daichi complied, turning off their bedroom light before crawling into bed beside her. They were settled in a matter of seconds, finding their places against each other as they had for the past six years.

They stayed together in silence for a while, just listening to and feeling each other breathe. (f/n) let out a breathless laugh at one point, causing Daichi to lift his head and look at her confusedly.

"I just love you very much," she informed him.

"I don't see why that's funny, but I love you too."

(f/n) burrowed closer to Daichi, her breath hitting his neck. "I just pictured you as a dad," she admitted, and Daichi tensed a little at that; they'd never really spoken about having kids before. "I know we're young, and still in school, but I pictured you carrying our kids to their rooms and reading them stories with me and giving voices to the characters. We'd tuck them in and then we'd clean up and go to sleep. It'd be domestic and sweet and I think I'd love it just as much as I love this."

Daichi smiled his own wide smile and buried his face into (f/n)'s hair. He breathed in her shampoo and shivered because it smelt like home. (f/n) smelt like home - she was everything he needed, and when Daichi fell asleep he dreamed about the future, because he wanted nothing more than to tuck in their children and fall asleep together with (f/n) for the rest of his life.
