 Tendou would be the best boyfriend ever. Requested by live-long-nutella -- I hope you like it ^.^

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tendou Satori was the most affectionate, caring, thoughtful boyfriend (f/n) had ever had. It was surprising to her. When they first started dating it was pretty normal, pretty standard in terms of affection. All the kisses, the hugs, the cuddles that you wanted to fit in at the beginning of relationships because it's so nice, so different from when you didn't have it.
After a few months (f/n) expected it to slow down a little - it usually did after the 'honeymoon' phase. Things were always pretty easy at first - nothing to fight about, just a lot of touching, a lot of getting used to the person you were with now, and then came the real stuff, the stuff (f/n) craved - the hard parts that made it all worth it.
With Tendou there weren't a lot of hard parts.
He was a pain in the ass sometimes, yes, but he had no problems admitting when he was in the wrong, he never hesitated to apologize when he did something he knew wasn't right, and it was fucking weird to (f/n). She was used to boyfriends that couldn't own up to things they did wrong, boyfriends who became angry when (f/n) pointed out when they did something wrong.
Tendou never really got angry. He said it was how his mom raised him - his mom taught him to be kind, to never yell at anyone if they were right with their assumptions, to always apologize when he did something wrong. His mom taught him how to treat people, women and men alike, and yeah he liked to intimidate his opponents on the court, and he liked to work them up, but when he was wrong he was wrong, and he would always admit that.
So, (f/n) didn't know what to do when she was expecting a fight and instead Tendou gave her a hug, and she didn't know what to do when she admitted she did something wrong and Tendou didn't yell or get angry with her because 'people make mistakes, (f/n), it's alright.'
Tendou Satori was the best, most affectionate, amazing boyfriend (f/n) had ever had, and she didn't know what she did to deserve him.
(f/n) really shouldn't have been surprised when she woke up that morning to a sticky note on everything she used in the morning, but she was still getting used to the romantic gestures. Her alarm clock, her mirror, the handle to her shower, the coffee pot, the creamer in the fridge, the top of her laptop. It was their one and a half year anniversary - (f/n) liked celebrating the halves as much as she liked celebrating the wholes - so of course cheeky ass Tendou had to go and be the nicest man in the world and compliment her even when he couldn't be there.
Every sticky note was covered in a compliment or a kind phrase to (f/n) from Tendou, written in his - surprisingly neat - hand writing. He had to leave her apartment early that morning for practice, but he was master and finding ways to make (f/n) feel his love when he wasn't there. She smiled brightly while reading them all, and sent Tendou very heartfelt texts and snapchats after finding every one of them.
(f/n) must have been a saint in a past life to deserve someone who cares for her so much right now, and she planned on holding on to Tendou until she wasn't able to anymore.
Netflix and Chill meant something very different to (f/n) and Tendou than it did to the people that went to their college. They liked to get in their ugliest, comfiest clothing, curl up on the couch with junk food, and binge watch shounen anime until they couldn't keep their eyes open anymore.
So, after their very quaint date at a small, cozy restaurant, they went back to (f/n)'s apartment and Netflix and Chilled. Tendou's fingers were lazily tracing over (f/n)'s arms and legs and stomach they way they always did when they sat still. He liked to always have his hands moving, he needed to always be doing something with them, and (f/n) was always set at ease with the innocent movements of his fingers on her skin.
It was mindless for him - just to touch (f/n) so innocently, just to feel her beside him was so damn calming.(f/n) turned away from the anime to look at Tendou, who looked back at her with his droopy eyes and his eyebrows pulled into confusion.
"You know I love you a lot, right?" she asked. Tendou smiled sleepily and nodded.
"I know," he said quietly, sleepily. "I love you too."
(f/n)'s smile grew and she leaned forward until their foreheads were touching. "I know."
Tendou pulled her in for a slow kiss, and they lazily made out until they needed to pull away to pant out breaths. It was reaching three in the morning, and they both had classes in the morning, so they moved to lie down on the couch.
It was cozy and careful, just like (f/n) loved it. Sleepy Tendou was always the cuddliest, warmest Tendou, and (f//n) took advantage of it wholly, arms wrapping around him and face nuzzling into his neck. He smelt good, felt good, was good.
Tendou was the best damn boyfriend ever, and (f/n) was so, so thankful for him.
