We arrange bike for our tour me and ani in one bike , my bro and hari in one bike

Then we get ready to the tour... our means( thanjavur ah round adika porom)
my bro and hari start their bike , ani start it after
he drive the bike, his is our first bike trip, while driving i hug him from behind , resterd my head in his back..........
i feel some things not right,
M; ani stop the bike

M; i feel dizziness
A; what ?
he stop the bike, i led the bike,
he pick up my shoulder ,
M; ani i can't control it
he took his phone and call my bro,
our lucky time we sand near the hospital ,before went inside i fell down,
After the sometime i open my eyes,
i see ani seat besides me and watch my face
i slowly get up from the bed
