Flashette(Book Two)

     For this chapter, I will be writing it in Chloe's point of view, and Barry's, so you can get more content.

Chloe
       I woke up in a dimly lit room. I went to stand up, and to my surprise I was pent up in a box like structure. It was completely see through and I could see some other people here as well.
      "Jessie?" I asked the young girl shackled to the wall.
     "Yes, and who are you?"
     "I came here with your dad. I'm here to save you. But I'm.....in a....pickle..."
    "I see....look, you have to get out of here. Zoom is going to be arriving any minute, and it is not safe for you or your ba-" she said before the speedster arrived.
    "What did I say about chatting with the inmates?" Zoom asked her. Jessie was weeping softly, and was trying her best to hold back her tears. He came up to my "cell" and began to speak.
     "Well Hello Flashette. Pleasure to finally meet you. Your probably wondering why I got you first and not your scarlet speedster. Well, you have something I want, and it seems like it is more present in your system. Plus, you are harboring a child, which is likely to have the speedforce just like you and your partner. So i'll wait until the child is born and rip him from your arms."
     "You won't go anywhere near it," I growled.
     "Don't underestimate me," he said before he came into the cell. He grabbed me by my collar and picked me up:
     "You forget that I am a lot stronger and I will always be," he said before dropping me to the ground and speeding away. I looked at Jessie and she gave me a worried look. I noticed a figure I haven't seen since I've been here. He was wearing a mask, and he kept tapping on the glass. Each in a syncopated rhythm.
      "What?" Jessie yelled. "You do that all the time! Just talk!" She yelled again. I began to think she was crazy, until I got an idea.
     "There must be a pattern to his tapping. If he does it all the time, then he must not be able to verbally communicate. Start over," I told him. He began tapping and I was able to pick up on his rhythm after a few tries.
     "J" I told Jessie before she wrote in on the ground below her feet. We continued the pattern until we acquired the letters that spelt out: Jay.
     "Jay......Jay.....you mean like Jay Gerrick?" I asked. He nodded. "What would that have anything to do with him?" I asked. I sat puzzled for a few seconds, before Zoom returned. He stood in front of us and laid a dead Joe at my feet.
     "This is on you Flashette. If you hadn't come, he would still be able to see his family. But because you came, he will never be able to look at his daughter ever again. One day, you will feel the pain of having your loved ones ripped away from you, and I will make sure of that," he said before he sped away.

Barry
      I didn't know what to do after Chloe was ripped from my grasp. I didn't know what I had to do to get her back or save her either. All I could think about was: why her? Why did it have to be her? I dropped down to my knees and stayed in deep thought while I cried. Over the sound of my own tears, I could hear Killer Frost crying over the limp body of her lover.
    "So you aren't as cold as you say to be huh?" I asked.
     "No, it's its just that he was the one thing I cared about. He was the only warmth I had left in my cold heart."
     "And I understand how that feels. Having someone you love leave too soon, or worse, being taken away right in front of you. How about you help me get Chloe back, and I can help you get revenge on Zoom?"
      "How would you do that?"
     "I need to know if you're interested first."
      "Give me some time to sleep on it," she said before she disappeared into the alley. I was there in my own thoughts before I sped to S.T.A.R. Labs.
     "She's gone, Zoom got her."
     "What? Why? How?"
     "We were fighting Killer Frost and Deathstorm, and he took her from me. After we met you."
     "Wait, you met me? And I was evil?" Cisco asked.
     "Yeah. I didn't get any pictures or anything. But he dropped his goggles," I said before giving them to Cisco.
     "Though these are awesome, I'm gonna have to wait. We need to get Chloe first. Why would he even take her?"
     "Because of the child. It has the speedforce, and the more speed he has, the stronger he is. That child is a mix of both of you, and a mix of the speedforce. It may even contain more power than Zoom is capable of handling. Zoom is mad, and he won't hesitate to harm her. We have to act fast," Barry said.
     "And I know just the people who can help," I said before I sped away. I returned with two familiar figures.
    "Iris, where are we...and....you!" Barry 2 said pointing to me. He got up in my face and spoke angrily:
     "You again! Getting frisky with my Iris. You're nothing but-"
     "Yeah, yeah. Listen, my fiancé was abducted by Zoom, and we need to get her back. She's carrying a child."
     "Zoom? Why would Zoom be after you?" Barry 2 asked. His comment was ignored, and Iris joined in:
   "I'll help you," Iris said stepping forward.
     "Honey, it's too-"
     "I'm a cop, Barry."
     "Then I'm coming with you," he said before he grabbed her hand.
     "We have a stop to make first," I said before I sped everyone to the woods.
    Harry, Cisco, Barry 2, Iris, and I all stood in the woods, awaiting the arrival of our guest.
     "How'd you know where to find me?" Killer Frost asked from behind a tree.
    "Lucky guess," Barry replied. "Are you in?"
     "I can't believe I'm doing this, but yes, I will. Zoom deserves it. And this Chloe girl means a lot to you."
      "Thank you," I said before she hurled a blast at me. Quickly, my friends all ducked under a fallen log.
    "You thought I would accept that easy without a fight?" She asked. "Silly boy," she said before she threw more at me. My friends were luckily safe behind the log. But I was dodging every blast she threw. "Zoom wants you dead and I'll get my freedom if I do."
     "With him, you will never be free. Death is the only way out. He will constantly bribe you, and mess with you until he wins. For me, if I sit back and let this blow behind me, I will no longer have a future."
     "Ugh...enough with the guilt trip. I'll help you kid. But all I'm doing is guiding. Got it?"
    "Thank you!" I said before I ran up to her excitedly.
    "Get too close and I'll freeze you."
    "Noted," I said before we started our journey. After many questions and responses, she lead us to the cave Zoom was hiding in.
     "All the way up there? How do we get up there?" I asked.
     "Do I have to do everything?" She asked before she pointed her hands to the cliff. Ice began to shoot out of them, and she formed a ice ladder.
     "Are we supposed to climb that? I'm wearing wingtips. They don't get much tread," Barry 2 said. Ignoring his comment, I moved on and we made it successfully into the mouth of the cliff.

Chloe
     I was sitting in the corner of my cell, when a speedster entered the cave. Fear instantly filled my heart, until I saw the face. It was not Zoom. It was Barry.
     "Barry, what are you doing here?" I asked him.
     "Coming to save you. I couldn't leave you here. Zoom already has tortured you enough," he said noticing my occasional bloodstains and cuts.
     "Zoom will kill you if he sees you here. You have to go,"
     "I'm never going to leave you here. He will kill you. Besides, I brought help," he said before the large group of our friends came in.
     "Now, how do we get you out?"
     "I don't know. Zoom was able to get in. It must be a certain ability that only he has."
     "That's not true," Nerdy Barry said stepping forward. "We heard you could phase through walls. If Zoom can do it, so can you."
    "No I can't, I tried."
    "Correction, if you run at a certain speed at a certain angle, you can make it."
    "I can't. I tried. You need to go."
    "Just try. I'm just Barry Allen. But you're Flashette. I came here with no powers, and though I was filled with fear, I still moved on. So can you. Just try," he said before he backed away. I took his words into consideration, and backed up. I felt the lightning in my eyes and I sped my fastest with the space I had. I successfully made it through and found myself in Barry's arms. I looked up, and without hesitation, kissed Barry. After we broke the kiss, I phased through the wall and got Jessie out. Harry was overjoyed to see her, and automatically engulfed her in a hug when she was freed. But like every good moment in our lives, it had to be interrupted by someone.
      "What a sweet reunion. Father and daughter, husband and wife. It's bringing me to tears. The sad part is that these will be the last people you ever look at. You're all done," he said before speeding towards us. At the same time, Killer Frost thrusted her palms at Zoom and used them to stall him.
     "Go!" She yelled to us. "It won't hold him for much longer,"
      "What about you?" I asked.
    "Death is freedom right?" She asked. Barry grabbed my arm and dragged me out of the cave and we found ourselves back at S.T.A.R. Labs. Iris and Barry returned home, and Harry, Cisco, Barry, Jessie, and I were frantically running around trying to get our stuff together to head back home.
     "Dad, were leaving! I can't leave my home....my life...my.-"
    "The other earth is our new home. Zoom will not stop hunting us," he said before we grabbed our stuff and ran to the breach. Barry and I looked at each other before jumping inside, followed by the rest of the group.
     We all returned to our earth through the breach, and screamed for Jay to close the breach when we were all arrived. Jay threw the device into the breach and it reacted with a crackle. The breach was closed, and we were safe from Zoom finally. Jay walked up to the breach and checked the panel to make sure it was shut down. But what happened next shocked us all. Zoom's hand stuck through and struck Jay in the heart, despite it being closed permanently.
     "NO!" Caitlin yelled dropping to her knees. Jay was killed, pulled into the breach, and we no longer had access to Earth 2.
