"Whatcha making?" Barry asked as he entered the kitchen and inhaled the smell that the food was giving off. I continued cooking and checking on the status of the cookies I was baking.
"Your favorite," I said with a smile. I then opened the oven and pulled out a tray. Barry's eyes lit up as his eyes rested on the pan of cookies. I then took out the frosting and sprinkles, ready to decorate the holiday treats.
"You know that your cookies are my favorite," Barry said with a smirk. I smacked his chest playfully as he dangled his face infront of my lips. Expecting a kiss, Barry leaned in. Instead of kissing Barry, I grabbed a warm cookie and slid it into his mouth. He quickly devoured the cookie, and was quick to ask for another.
"I have to save some for the party," I said before I turned back to the bowl to make another batch. After mixing the dough and placing a new tray in the oven, I found that the rest of the cookie dough was missing. I then turned quickly to Barry and his face froze. He continued chewing slowly and the dough was quickly licked off his finger.
"Santa did it."
