3rd Person POV-
"What are you doing?" Barry asked protectively of Chloe as music played from the speakers. He was currently sitting next to her and had been since he's been awake.
"This is her favorite song and she LOVES it. I checked her social media. She's at the point where she can hear things now. It's like she's awake but not awake. I played your favorite song too when you were like this," Cisco said.
"Stalker Much?" Barry mumbled under his breath. "You could have just asked me, I'm her boyfriend."
"Oh....yeah...right. Well....It's not like I could have asked you when you were in a coma for months," he said beginning to walk out of the cortex. He stopped in his tracks and turned around when Chloe awoke.
Chloe POV-
"Where am I and why is "The Ballad Of Mona Lisa" playing?" I asked, taking in my surroundings.
"You're at S.T.A.R Labs. You were struck by lightning dude....and dudette...."
"How are we still alive? We should have been-"
"Dead.....yes....Our staff took you from the hands of the hospital and have been taking care of you for the full 9 months. 10 for you, Chloe. And without them and convincing from the hospital, you wouldn't be here right now. Every person you saw couldn't help you. What was going on inside your bodies was so advanced that they didn't know what had to be done. But we did and that's why you're here right now."
"H-Harrison Wells.....I've been in S.T.A.R Labs for 10 months!......I've been gone for 10 months. All the work and all this time away from my life and-" I said standing up and rushing for what I thought was the exit. I was interrupted when Dr Wells wheeled infront of me.
"You can't leave yet, there's still testing..." he said leading me over to what they call the "medical bay."
"I will be taking care of you," Dr Snow said.
"And while your here, call us Caitlin and Cisco." I nodded at her comment and proceeded with the examination.
After being checked out and blushing at Barry's new abs and muscles, we proceeded to head out and say hello to Iris and Joe.
When we arrived at Jitters, Iris didn't know what to do. I even saw her do a double take. She dropped her coffee pot and ran over to us with her hand over her mouth. We greeted her with a wide smile and said no words. After explaining to her how everything happened and that we were okay, we went over to see Joe.
When we walked in, we walked up to him and tapped his shoulder. He turned around expecting to see one of his coworkers but he saw us instead. He immediately pulled us into a hug and began to ask the same questions Iris did. After explaining everything to him, we were interrupted by our Captain:
"Nice to have you back guys but you have 10 months of work piled up. Get to it," he said before we said goodbye to Joe and headed upstairs to get started.
