1970

I'd like to be under the sea
In an octopus' garden in the shade
He'd let us in, knows where we've been
In his octopus' garden in the shade

"You're really good!" George patted his back. "You still got it."

"Yeah?" Ringo smiled shyly. "I'm glad you think so."

"I know so." He patted his head. "What would you like to do today?"

"Reminisce." He stood up, walking to their bookshelf. "With this." He took out Abbey Road, placing it on the record player.

"Ohhh." George listened to Come Together, humming softly. Then the next song started. "Ah."

"Something?" Ringo tilted his head.

Something in the way he moves
Attracts me like no other lover
Something in the way he woos me
I don't want to leave him, now
You know I believe and how

Somewhere in his smile, he knows
That I don't need no other lover
Something in his style that shows me
I don't want to leave him, now
You know I believe and how

You're asking me will my love grow
I don't know, I don't know
You stick around, now, it may show
I don't know, I don't know

George gathered him in his arms, and they swayed back and forth to the instrumental.

Something in the way he knows
And all I have to do is think of him
Something in the things he shows me
I don't want to leave him, now
You know I believe and how

George bent down and kissed him. "Love you."

"Love you too," Ringo murmured against his chest.
