Author's Note- Mental Health Breaks
Hey everyone, it's me Mary. So I have something that I wanted to tell you about. My mental health has been poor for awhile, but today I hit the lowest of low with a panic attack that felt like I was having a stroke. Therefore, I'm introducing the concept of mental health breaks. If I'm out of it to the point where I can't function whatsoever, let alone write, I will take the day(s) off from doing so. When I write, I like to do with my heart and soul. I would never want to half ass my writing so I'd rather skip a day or two here and there than do that. I love you guys. Thank you for understanding. <3 -Mary
