"Hello again. I forgot to tell you something and it's kind of important. Sometimes you'll manifest in another form. I'm meant to warn so you don't get a shock when it happens."
"Another form?" Mello asked.
"Yes. Mello you'll turn into a cat and you'll turn into a rabbit, Y/N."
"Yes, that would be rather shocking if we didn't know." Mello agreed.
"Hyuk, hyuk. Also, you'll need shinigami names. You can choose them yourselves."
"You should be Wonka." I told Mello.
"Shut up, I'm not being Wonka. Shinigami are Japanese, right? Then I'll just go with my name in Japanese, Mero."
"That's nice. I'll do the same, what's my name in Japanese, Mero?"
"Uh, your name translates the same."
"Hmm. Well you always use my nickname, so what about my full name?"
"Ah, that's Naikora then."
"Ok then, I'm the shinigami Naikora."
I held up a pinkie finger and Mero linked his with mine.
"Mero and Naikora, we'll be the best shinigami ever!" I declared.
"Yes, better than Near!" Mero grinned.
"Way better than stupid Near!"
