You ready :)? I'll pick you up in 10 minutes.

Tyler:
Ready :)

He gathered his wallet and phone, and threw a quick glance into the mirror. It was going to be alright. Just fine. Just fine. Just. Fine.
Slowly he walked into the kitchen where his mom was preparing dinner. "Momma? I'm gonna g-go now, Joshua will be here in a few minutes." She looked up, grinned wide when she saw her son standing in the doorframe. "I can see why he likes you Tyler, you're gonna be the prettiest boy in the room. As always."
Tyler rolled his eyes playfully before doing a little wave and turning towards the frontdoor as the doorbell rang.

"Have fun Tyler! It'll be okay!" His mom yelled after him, as he headed out. He opened the frontdoor, heart always a little jumpy when he laid his eyes on Joshua. Again his pink hair peeking our from underneath his grey beanie, a look Tyler couldn't resist in any way.
"Hey Ty."
"H-hi." Tyler tried to secretly peek over the taller man's shoulder, to see if any of Joshua's friends were waiting for them. He really thought he was sneaky enough, but Joshua smiled. "We're driving together. The others will meet us there."

He didnt want to admit, but he was slightly relieved by that statement and Joshua could obviously tell. "Don't worry, it will be fun." Joshua smiled softly while picking an escaped eyelash from Tyler's cheek. "Here, you can make a wish now", he winked and showed the eyelash on the tip of his finger. Tyler chuckled before he blew the eyelash off, making a wish (just in case it did work, you never know right?).

Joshua pouted, but with a smirk, when the eyelash was gone. "Luckily you still have plenty more of those pretty black lashes", he mumbled, staring right into Tyler's soul, who flushed pink immediatly. "S-stop", he chuckled and nudged Joshua out the door gently.

Tyler grabbed his coat, checked his pockets for his wallet, keys and his phone and headed out too. "Bye momma!" He yelled before closing the door. He took a deep breath as he saw Joshua open his cardoor for him, and he smiled. He needed this to go well tonight.
